Our program has been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. Buying a home is not something you do every day and we provide the information you need for peace of mind. Our tests are evaluated by some of the highest rated professionals in the country at the laboratories of the RTCA, Radon Testing Corporation of America, Inc.
The Home Inspector will send a detailed report to you to make sure you understand everything and answer any remaining questions. A home inspection is a visual process where all of the items typically used within a home are tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials inspected, air-conditioning and heating systems operated.
Not only are we licensed through the Ohio Department of Health to test for radon (License# RT876), but we also use some of the most reliable and advanced equipment in the industry. The process of testing your home for radon gas takes 48 hours. Our licensed tester will place a monitor (very small box) in the home which will take accurate hourly readings and record the levels of radon gas present in the structure.
OHIO Advantage Home Inspections LLC are professionals in the field of home inspections, WDI inspections, and radon testing. When testing a well or septic system, we use companies that are professionals in that field of expertise. This allows us to concentrate more on the home inspection itself, while other professionals concentrate on the septic and well to give you the piece of mind your looking for.

If you need to get any form of a home inspection, Ian is the guy to go to! As anyone may experience when buying their first home, the whole process is an emotional roller coaster. Ian helped us take a step off that crazy ride as he thoroughly explained everything to us. Not only did he provide great pictures to show where the problem areas are, but at the end of his inspection he walked us through and SHOWED us where the problems were.
