We're ideally situated in Lafayette, CO for easy drop-off and pick-up. Our home is located one block from Waneka Lake and Park, has lots of sunlight, a backyard with garden space and age-appropriate books & toys. Focusing primarily on creative play, discovery and respect for others, our curriculum and activities are based on a blend of two early learning philosophies: Reggio Emilia and Montessori.

Services
The age range of children who can enroll is 4 months-preschool aged children. However, I'm flexible, and am happy to care for younger infants and older children as well, depending on your needs. Our program is a mixed age environment, where children of different ages socialize and learn together. Tuition is a flat $950 per month for full time (5 days per week), which includes healthy snacks.
At Nest, I provide a rich, nurturing environment for children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical growth. I'm driven by the belief that children are to be respected as the unique individuals that they are, and I work in partnership with families to challenge and support each child at the level that they need.
At Nest, our program was developed to support each child's development through one-on-one attention and group activities with children. We are happy to be able to provide a warm home-like and family atmosphere that can ease some of the stress that children experience when transitioning from being home with parents into the care of others.
For an additional small fee, healthy and organic (when possible) breakfast, lunch, and snack are included in the cost of tuition. Monthly menus are provided at the beginning of each month. Here is a link to a printable copy of our monthly menu. Please note that I am very flexible and can accommodate your child's special diet needs.
At this time, we currently do not have openings. However, we will be opening a new location in downtown Erie, Colorado in late Fall of 2021. We welcome you to schedule a tour of our current location, and of the new location once it is open. Sarah has been nothing but professional and easy to work with through our relationship with her. She is a very stable individual, and provides a safe and warm environment that anyone would feel comfortable leaving their children in. Our two-year-old consistently has great days learning and interacting with all kinds of fun age specific learning tools, going on walks to a nearby park, and always looks forward to going back. In short, a great option for child care!

There are just so many great things I can say about Sara and the Nest family. My son started at 9 months and recently completed one year here. The care he has received is phenomenal as there are so many activities, dedicated story-time, lots of toys, and ways to interact among the kids and with the caregivers. Sara is very respectful of how you'd like to parent and offers alternatives if certain methods weren't working out (for example, my son would not sleep during the day and I wasn't ready to let him cry it out - so there was a period where Sara or the other caregivers would tote

All I want to do is to thank my colleague for referring this day care. I was searching for a daycare where he will get lot of attention and get to do different activities. My son is going to this daycare for almost 5 months he learned lot of things and talks a lot more. He now is really looking to go to school everyday. The day care is very clean and have a big backyard where these kids can play. Another best thing that happened is our son is really into books now a days as she reads books with the kids everyday. Me and husband is really happy with this day care and would recommend to anyone considering

We couldn't be more happier to find this a gem of daycare close to our home , we visited a few daycares before this and seriously was worried about our options . this daycare we found very clean , bigger area inside and also a large backyard and found an owner which seems genuinely passionate for providing good care for the kids.
Now it has been few months , and our kid loves going to this daycare and also has learnt a lot of new things in very short time . kido overall seems very happy which is satisfactory and important to us.
