We began our business in 1986 as East County Recycling, with the belief that recycling was good for the environment and for business. ECR has a 360,000 square feet material recovery facility, conveniently located in NE Portland. I made my first visit here today. It was super easy to dispose of almost 900 pounds of waste. It cost me around $70 which I thought sounded fair. Tonya, at the scale, was extra friendly which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The two other guys I had to talk to were nice, too! I will come again.

This place is a little expensive but in a good location. But PLEASE Fix all your potholes. This can easily damage tires and rims. Gravel is cheap and can easily be spread around by your front loaders. Your potholes there are ridiculous and it is hard on your own equipment as well.
