Great experience with Brian. He really does go the extra mile to work with you and help. Not many people are willing to work with challenges, but that did not stop Brian from staying on the phone for an hour to explain everything that needs to be done to get positive results. Even if my inquiry to these folks does not result in a positive ending. The experience itself was above and beyond what most are willing to do.

Brian Merritt was exceptional, he was professional & his area of expertise for keeping the transaction he was handling for my AZ Buyers who sold their home in WA. Was seamless.
