We are located in the wonderful Orenco Station business park at 1088 NE Orenco Station Pkwy, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Chris has been in the mortgage business since 1989. His experience in mortgage banking includes management, loan servicing, wholesale and retail lending, quality control, compliance and fraud prevention. His passion is working with individual clients one-on-one, and assisting them in obtaining an affordable mortgage.
After serving as a retail banker for 12 years as well as a branch manager for three different banks, I became a mortgage originator in order to have a more positive impact on the lives of my clients. Helping someone buy their first home, or solidify their retirement with investment properties, are milestones I enjoy helping my borrowers achieve.
When you work with me, you tap into my lengthy background in Engineering, and constructing data driven solutions, that create high-quality customer experiences. I bring this "customer first" approach with me in my role as a Loan Officer, and I am very proud to be a part of the American Pacific Mortgage family, which shares the same core principles of "customer first".
There are a few different types of loans and it can be difficult to know which program will work for you and your current situation. That's why we're here. The term "conforming" is most often used when speaking specifically about a mortgage amount; however, the terms "conforming" and "conventional" are frequently used interchangeably.

Chris was absolutely amazing. We just bought our first house, and didn’t know anything about the process. Chris was always available, even after hours, to answer any questions we had. Our home buying experience was not nearly as stressful as we were anticipating only because Chris was readily available 100% of the time, walking us through every step.
