What horrible management!!! Total frauds. My wife and I were going through there application process. They charged the standard 40$ each application fee. Then before waiting for the application to be processed they insisted on a 250$ deposit to hold the unit. My wife and I both have good jobs and solid refferences. After vague emails and 3 days they denied our application. Our deposit they said will be routed through there accounting department and will take 21 days. We told them we were going to report them for bait and switch tactics to our bank and disput fraudulent charges. They replied that

I have lived here the past year and love it. The management is great! Work orders get done in a timely manner, the area is kept clean, and Janice (the new manager) really works hard to make sure the "customer" is pleased. I definitely would recommend these condos for anyone looking for a nice place to live. Come check it out.
