Our move-in process was rushed due to problems on our end, but the whole management team made it so easy! This is the nicest, most caring and efficient management team we’ve had! Maintenance is also wonderful and took care of the two requests we put in at move-in immediately. Our dogs have loved the dog park, we have loved how quiet this complex is, and we are thrilled to be new residents!

I lived here for two years. Overall speaking, it’s a really good experience. I had nice neighbors and instant maintenance help. This community is a bit pricey compared with the nearby ones but you can get nice walking paths and beautiful views for some Apts.
I would give five stars if the maintenance team did not ignore my service request in my last 2 weeks in order to charge me more moving out fee. The request I placed is changing the blinds which was never asked for any reason when I placed similar requests before for other rooms. After I told them I would move out soon, the service request

Lived here for 4 years. For the most part it was pretty good besides the overflowing trash compactor and the nightly car break ins. Apartments are nice but the materials used are on the cheap in. My major issue was moving out. Received 2 different move out bills. The first one (7/15 about 15 days after moving out) had no indication of how to pay it or a itemized list of charges. It also stated the total of additional charges was $0.00 (honestly it was the most confusing doc but now I see it’s bc it was missing a ton of information). We figured the $300 deposit would pay for the $291 bill.

Looks can be deceiving. So very unprofessional. Throughout the entire application process, I had to reach out at least a dozen times to see what was going on. Then, a unit was not available before we had to be out of our home. They recommended we be homeless for 3 weeks and rent a garage there to put our stuff in. So, I expected we would receive our $150 back, as we were told would happen if they didn’t have a unit in time for us. Again, I reached out at least a dozen times whether in person, via email, or phone. We were told days/times when we would receive calls, which NEVER happened. It’s

The move in was really easy. The management took care of setting up utilities, helped with setting up internet service and was prompt when answering my many questions. The whole place is clean and the people here are friendly. It’s a great place for the dog too. I’m happy with the A/C, it’s summer and the water pressure is great which is nice. There’s a lot of nice touches that make this place stand apart from other places we’ve stayed. I like it here a lot.

Patrick has been so kind each time he came to provide his services. He communicates clearly what the issues may be then proceeds to fix whichever issue that presents itself. I can see that Patrick tries his best. Maintanence overall usually responds quickly and I’ve never waited more than 2 days for service completion. Thank you to the Gramercy team on all fronts.

Well they raise rent and have not upgraded or improved anything on the property, still no security for car break ins and people dumping beside the dumpster. Just do better for the community instead of milking the cash cow. Only renewed my lease because I have awesome neighbors and moving is a pain. The new management company is not as thoughtful as Kauffman was.
