Not good. Dirty and just coverup of dirt. Rude staff in offices. Althought the last crew for the past few years were great! They were warm, welcoming and even had events and prizes almost monthly. The new crew are mean, rude, short, condescending, and unwelcoming. There's no way she doesn't have a career worth of complaints. When I move I will be getting compensation for their negligence.

Please DONT do it. Don’t live here. From DAY ONE it’s been awful!!! Our unit was not cleaned. The carpet was stained which they said they would do (never showed) or replaced if it was too bad, never happened. Our vanity is warped and moldy (with bugs). There is a solid breeze coming from the patio door, and at least one outlet. The MOLD is outrageous!! Our neighbors unit flooded and water came up from under our floor, our cabinets are moldy, they just put a fan in here, it smells like a basement constantly now. They have done NOTHING. While it seems to be a nice place to reside, the owners lack terribly in up-keep. No mulch laid in the flower beds this year. No blacktop resurfacing this year. In some years, only the flower beds that faced the parking lots had mulch added. When the parking lots are tended to, it is basically a paint job - no blacktop added-only coated with the blacktop paint. It took 3 years for a dead tree to be cut down that was outside one of our windows.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the townhomes are in good shape which looks like they were built in the mid to late 1990s. The town homes are spacious and affordable for the area. We had a maintenance request that took almost a week to complete that was a bit frustrating, but other than that, so far so good.

I have lived at Albany Woods for almost 8 years. I have to give a shout out for two recent issues. My washer quit working and when it could not be fixed Jenni White, the property manager ordered a new washer. During the delay of a few weeks, she was so kind to offer me to use a model and she went above and beyond to keep in constant contact with me providing updates on the delivery day.
The second issue I had was a bird flew into the upstairs window and broke it. I called maintenance and Judd responded so quickly. He measured and brought a new window. He ensured the window was hung correctly and

I've been here 3 yrs, my first 2 were Great (pre-Pandenic). We had several Social events, BINGO, Swim n' Movie events, Free Food trucks, Decorating contests, the Staff made you feel welcomed upon entering the Office, the Staff were GREAT!
Since the new Management 2020 it's been different. There was a Social event but it started early in the day during working hours and ended early in the day. We were disappointed with the event and was looking forward to having a good time 😐 The office Staff has changed and it takes time to learn the residents but the vibe of care and hospitality isn't felt

I rented an apartment with Albany Woods for 3 months and had a great experience for the short term lease. Albany Woods management was accommodating and was always there when repairs had to be made. Maintenance staff was always friendly and courteous. I want to especially thank Jenni White for helping out with extending the lease for a few additional days to help with the transition of moving into another home.
Jenni was kind and always kept a positive attitude when trying to get problems solved. Jenni is a great asset to the Oakwood Management team !!!!

I would not recommend this apartment complex. When we first moved in, the lady on this Saturday morning couldn't even find our paperwork... I told her, "we just drove 2 hours and my son is moving in today" ...so the paperwork was "altered" so we could move in once she did find the papers after an hour of "looking" because they were not legally correct with all of the names that should be on the contract. Which I'm sure is totally illegal.
We had problem after problem with this place. From the furnace going out, air conditioner stopping, to an apartment above leaking water all over my sons apartment

Communication was subpar, it took 3 weeks to get our application approved. They sent paperwork that said it had to be completed BY move in day to get keys and were confused when i showed up 2 days early to submit my check and paperwork. Apartment was completely disgusting upon moving in even though the leasing office told us that they were putting “finishing touches” on our unit the day before. Flosser in my closet, hair tie left on bathtub spicket, q tip in my bathroom vent amongst the other dirt, washer/ dryer room was absolutely disgusting, window blinds are inconsistent within the house

I am so incredibly sad to be leaving this complex. My boyfriend and I have lived here for two years and it crushes me to leave but we have decided to buy a home.
For starters, the community is very quiet and the surrounding neighbors are lovely and respectable. The landscaping is ALWAYS clean, updated and tidy. Compared to other complexes I have seen, this one takes the cake on cleanliness. I really appreciate their efforts in keeping a clean atmosphere especially when many residents have dogs-- you would never even know.
There is a lovely 1 mile path with lovely scenery and peacefulness. The

Albany Woods is awesome! Let me just say that right up front. They have apartments as well as town homes, the amenities are great (walking path, dog park, community garden, pool, clubhouse with free movie rentals). I never knew how much I would miss the walking path until I moved out as it is super convenient and pretty to just walk around the complex to take the dog for a walk. The apartments were clean and management was super friendly every time I had a question or needed to stop in for something. The landscaping is nice, trash is kept in one spot and is a trash compactor so helps to keep that

This is not a place for international student. I did the whole application process, and they tell me to pay all 12 months rent ahead when I move in. I have a excellent credit and a saving account enough to cover at least 3 times the rental amount for the duration of my lease agreement. And yes, I don't have a job because international student not suppose to work. They are not going to refund my $99 application and holding fee, too. They also try to convince me that it is normal to pay 12 months rent ahead for international students. I came to America since 2007 and have lived several apartments

A beautiful apartment with options in size and style. The landscaping here is gorgeous and each season reflects the time of year. My daughter lived her and I visited often. I loved taking her dog down to the dog park in the back of the property. Jasper could be off his leash and run free! They have a walking trail too that was so pretty in the fall when the leaves were coming down. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking in the area. The only thing my daughter didn't like was not having a garage attached to her apartment. She was able to rent one right in front of the apartment

I have to agree with the previous review. This place is HORRIBLE! The property itself is fine and the neighborhood is very nice, but the management is the worst that I have ever experienced! They do not know what they are doing and their customer service is non-existent. Stay away as they will do nothing but create headaches! There are many other communities nearby that actually appreciate the renters in their complexes.
