My husband and I just started the process of our move here and we are so impressed with the place and the amenities, but we are also so thankful to Christine! She is so wonderful and patient and will make sure that you find the perfect place for you as well as work with you around our time limits. She goes above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible. Will update more after we move but we are super excited!

I really loved my move-in experience at the Chelsea!! Christine was so sweet and made the whole process really easy. I was moving from LA and had a unique situation that she really helped me with. Some of the other complexes in the area seemed really pushy when I was touring the apartment and made me feel like I had to make decisions about living there during the initial tour. I don't know about anyone else, but I really get overwhelmed when someone is too pushy. I recently moved into the Chelsea. I am so glad I picked this complex! The staff was so helpful answering all my questions and concerns prior to move in. Now that I have moved in, they have still gone above and beyond. I had a major issue in my apartment (my fault) and they handled it so quickly. I asked how much the bill would be and they said they understand situations and accidents happen and they were not going to bill me for it. Every time I have called, they have been so helpful and informative. I am so happy I chose to live at The Chelsea. I look forward to many years here! Christine especially

I absolutely love living here. We moved in about a year ago and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. The office staff is super helpful (Christine was our hero during the leasing and moving process) and the apartments are lovely. The amenities are great as well. I highly recommend The Chelsea.

I've absolutely LOVED living at the Chelsea. We have been here for two years now, and just signed our lease for a third. Management always responds within a quick time frame and goes above and beyond to make our living experience here top notch. New this summer has been Food Truck Wednesdays!! Obsessed. They have also been very accommodating through the covid-19 procedures, making sure all needs are met to the state's standards while also finding ways to let us safely enjoy all the great amenities like the pool, grilling areas and fitness center. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! Maintenance requests are always completed within 24 hours or less (unless you ask otherwise) and the staff is extremely friendly. When calling the office the phone is typically answered on the first ring. I have lived at many other apartments where it is hard to get in contact with someone or have any maintenance issues addressed.
The property is very well maintained and I am proud to have visitors. It is a quiet and happy neighborhood with lots to offer. I would definitely recommend!!

I have lived here for a few years and when I was looking to upgrade I decided to stay and move into a 2 bedroom. Some of the best parts about living here is the office staff and the maintenance crew. Everybody in the office is super friendly and very responsive! The maintenance staff here is excellent! I have never had a maintenance request go unanswered, and all requests we’re handled typically within 24 hours. I love how they check back to make sure you’re satisfied with the work. These are beautiful apartments with awesome amenities and the area is great. Very walkable and pet friendly.

Fantastic complex. The maintenance staff are amazing, quick, and efficient, usually taking care of the problem next day at most. Though normally, they take care of things same day in my own experience. Management is lovely, kind, and quick to address issues. I've loved living here for the 2 years I've been here. I only remove a star because I've had consistent issues with neighbors. The walls are a bit thinner than I'd like, and I was unlucky enough to be stuck next to noisy partying neighbors whose sound system shakes and rattles my apartment, and neighbors upstairs who have done the same thing

I would recommend The Chelsea to anyone. The leasing staff are so helpful and are on it when it comes to any questions or requests you may have. I worked with Christine Priest and she is amazing. She went above and beyond to help me in every way. The maintenance team are great as well. They arrived at my apartment at the exact time i requested, fixed everything the way it should’ve been, and left my place spotless when they were done. I am very happy i chose this place :)

I would like so start off by saying the the units themselves are fine. I have had no problems, but that is quickly overshadowed by the management. They make it impossible for you to leave your apartment. They will charge you an arm and a leg to vacate your property if you are unable to find a subleaser. I found someone to take over my lease only for the leasing office to undercut my unit price, so that they were able to rent for cheaper in a new unit. You will spend thousands of dollars trying to break your lease and then will be required to pay the utilities even after vacating the property. Not

We was moving from a house we owned to an apartment and Christine Priest was so helpful and delightful to work with. She was pleasant and professional but also told you all the information up front. The facility is beautiful and has a lot of extra that no one else offers. If you look for somewhere to move I would recommend The Chelsea and to work with Christine.

I have no real complaints. During my 13 months here the staff was always friendly and helpful, even after I had moved out. The community is clean and well kept for the most part. The clubhouse is nice and offers an area to relax and enjoy some time with your friends, family or neighbors while eating some popcorn and drinking a beer that is free for residents over 21. If you are looking for an apartment in the area, definitely give this one a look.

I have visited many apartment complexes, but after visiting The Chelsea, I knew there weren't any that could compare. The Chelsea complex is by far my favorite, the amenities, cleanliness, beautiful kitchens in every complex, friendly management and the prime location had me sold. After living at The Chelsea for a little over a year, I can honestly say it's one of the best places to live! The monthly events are so much fun for mingling and meeting new friends. Chelsea Square has been a great experience to date! The apartment manager Bryan and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The amenities are outstanding (clubhouse, gym, game console, cookies, popcorn, beverages, weekly/bi-weekly community events, pool, fire pit, dog park, trash cans for pets with waste bags). We couldn't be happier with our choice to live at Chelsea Square.

New management is horrible. We have enjoyed living at Chelsea Square up till this point. The level of service and amenities provided as dropped dramatically and yet rent has remained the same. Other residents are just as upset as my husband and I are. The water in the weight room and the beverages in the club house are rarely restocked; the tanning room and computer room are no longer accessible 24/7; front desk personnel are clueless and unhelpful; the keg in the clubhouse and the propane in the grills are always empty; and the clubhouse is not maintained like it use to be. Just a friendly word of advice: Do not move here! Everything that glitters certainly isn't gold.
The electricity is outsourced and charges cannot be confirmed through the meter system. In addition, you will pay for the use of the community lights and the amount of electricity that ALL of your neighbors used.
Any complex that can attempt to justify a $200 electricity bill, monthly, for a 780 square foot apartment as commonplace should be out of business. It should never be more than $80 on the HIGH end.
The only way to get any kind of resolution is to report them to the Better Business
