Great location and easy access to everything in the Polaris area and Lewis Center. Olentangy school district is a plus. Owner keeps hiking up the rent each year which I think is absurd. Management company is ok. However, they don't really give incentives to stay or to renew your lease as I feel that the owner is very cheap and does not care to keep his renters happy and to keep them staying here. This is just my opinion.

We moved here to Columbus and found this apartment that was everything we needed . Three bedroom two and half bathroom with finished basement . Great location with amazing schools . Could not be happier . We also enjoy the professional staff. Dawn at the rental office has been amazing . Great neighborhood lots of family’s .

Too pricy! Parking nightmare! Can hear the neighbors kids running up and down the stairs! Traffic to south old state is terrible due to the Chase employees. The maintenance guy is a tool. They also charged us when we moved out for a issue with the A/ c unit that was not caused by us nor did we ever have a issue. Renter beware!
