Services
Stella Manor offers modern conveniences in a premium setting. As you walk in the door, you might be surprised how "at home" you feel. Stella Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation was originally built in 1968 with an addition built on in 1972. Stella Manor reconstructed covered patio areas for safe, fresh-air activities for our residents and families in 2013.
Because coming to a rehab center can be an unplanned and fast paced experience, we try our best to communicate with patients and families in a manner that helps to reduce the stress that often accompanies this experience. Our team of nurses, therapists and support staff work closely together to provide individualized care that meets each patient's specific needs.
Personal Resources, Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare/Medicare advantage plans and Medicare supplemental plans for skilled care are several options available to nursing home patients. Personnel in the Social Services department and Business/Financial department are available to discuss these options further with you, so an informed decision can be made concerning financial arrangements.
From the moment you walk into the doors of Stella Manor, you see what sets our facility apart from other nursing and rehab facilities. From our light filled day areas to our beautiful outdoor areas, we want residents and visitors alike to feel welcome and comfortable. We not only take pride in caring for our residents, but we are devoted to keeping our building clean and cared for.

Overall experience and work life is awful. No matter how good you are and how hard you work, supervisors and administrators make sure and find a way to constantly belittle you. Never ask for help or wanting to talk to any kind of supervisor ,HR , or some head nurses on any concerns or the way some people are treated. They will completely switch the story around and find a way to make you feel as you are nothing. Very sketchy and unprofessional. Unless you are favored, and get to do whatever you want, I would definitely stay away from this place. BULLIES

Rude, racist, and honestly not too intelligent. Managers are never doing what they are supposed to. Kitchen is ridiculous. Don't get me started on the staff.

Everybody is very rude and un-helpful. I wouldn't suggest putting a loved one in here for care. Majority of the staff are very young and they are just there to get a check, not because they care about the resident's.
