When you arrive at Atkins Nursing and Rehab you will feel welcomed. Atkins offers a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Each hall offers its own, "neighborhood, " feel with its own dining hall and kitchen. We offer secure outdoor patios, which back up to a woodlands area. We specialize in Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care services.
Atkins Nursing and Rehab offers modern conveniences in a family friendly setting. We feature a hair salon, a reading library, lush outdoor secured courtyards with a putting green, a large projection TV screen and a spacious common area for visitation. As you walk in the front door you will feel a comfortable atmosphere hopefully different than any other facility you have visited.
Each resident is different and requires different levels of care. It is up to you and your loved one to decide when the time is right to transition into a nursing facility. 2. What personal items can be brought to the nursing home? The rooms at Atkins are uniquely designed to provide an atmosphere reminiscent of home.
What is our mission? Our goal at Atkins is for each patient to transition safely back home and into everyday life at his or her prior level of function.
