One-on-one or small group - we help you identify strengths, weaknesses and goals as well as understanding key pertinent health information. Adult training incorporates drills and exercises for a total body workout. Circuit training routines use a combination of weights, medicine balls, TRX, power sleds, dumbbells, plyo boxes and so much more.

Your progress & evaluation is ongoing and your work will be tracked, charted and reviewed regularly during the course of training. Whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, players will develop, learn, practice, play and excel in a positive and professional environment. Each season (spring/summer/fall) offers new tryouts for new teams.
