The apartments are a nice size, just sad the corporation doesn't keep them up! Floors are uplifted due to the tree roots, in some apartments there is a significant gap in the flooring from the roots. The flooring needs to be upgraded in all units. The stove is an apartment size, unable to put two skillets on at the same time! Refrigerator is small and dishwasher is okay. All kitchen appliances need to be updated. The sprinkler system waters the walkways and not the grass. The hot tub was taken out about two years ago. The community room has a new stove, new refrigerator, new d/w. No one can use
