The worst management I have ever went through. I applied to this apartment and it took 3 months to get a solid answer. After wasting my time and energy for 3 months Brenda the manager called and said we didn’t qualify because we make more? Like aren't we suppose to make more this is the worst management I suggest everyone to look elsewhere ! Wasted my time !

I've been trying to call to get information the past few days, varying times. No one ever answers. Disappointing, especially when you would assume they prefer you to call vs come in to office during COVID.

I just called those Apartment . whoever I just spoke to was very rude on the phone and not helpful at all

Not sure who I spoke to but you guys should retrain for better quality customer service...

There is constant car burglary that goes on here!! My car was broken into twice in just one month. Neighbors waking up to broken windows. All our stuff looked thru, almost every night it’s a new car! It’s terrible. The apartments dont have any cameras and no one patroling the vehicles at night. No sense of security or even care towards their residents!

Property looked nice. Called the office and spoke with a person who was not very friendly or helpful. I will continue my search elsewhere.

Don't even bother calling this place.
I called to simply get more info on availability and was greeted with cold, rude and short "help" from Melina.

I don't understand how people like you work in customer service jobs. I hope your life gets better so you learn to treat people better.

The leasing agent is very nice and helpful
And as new resident I look forward to living in this nice clean and quiet apartments

Stephanie the manager and Angelique, who is an amazing assistant, are wonderful people. Montego Falls has good service and they are very nice and generous people. They are hardworking and they take good care of everything. The area is very clean and their are very nice neighbors.

HI my name is Danielle Jacobs. I have lived here 3 to 4 years. Ever since the recent new management things have changed around here a lot. he has done more then any other manager we have had. I have enjoy living here. other management have been nothing but all talk. he has actually been doing what he said he will do. we are in the making of a gym, {seen it myself} and it looks good! He does a really nice job. HE IS A GREAT MANAGER. I LIKE HIM ALOT.

I don't live here but have been on the interest list for the past few months. After receiving an email today about an available property I replied with questions and placed 4 phone calls, none of which were answered or returned.

I was able to leave work early to go apply with my husband. My husband arrived first and was told the unit was rented.
When I arrived my husband had left to return our money orders (which we lost our processing fee on) and I went in to speak to the woman in the office. I explained I was there to apply and my husband

DO NOT MOVE HERE !! They do not care about you and will not take care of your complaints with your neighbors . This place is getting so hood its ridiculous . I moved in when this place first opened and I can't tell you how many employees there have been . I have had my child's bike stolen , had neighbors try to fight me and management did not solve any of the issues. They don't answer there phone so do not bother calling . When I moved in on May 2012, I had the BEST experience... The management was sooo friendly and helpful... But then in 2012 the management changed abruptly and it's been TERRIBLE since!! They were so inefficiant and now because of their mistakes I'm losing my home!! Since they hired the new manager Shirley Dugger, I have never heard so many complaints on one person in my life!! Inh 2012 I would've rated this 5 stars... Now 0!! If there was negative, I would do that!! As long as THAT manager is there I would NOT recommend this complex to live in to ANYONE!!!

So the apartments themselves are awesome. I had a one bedroom and it was perfect for me. It was the perfect size and had nice upgrades to it. However whenever I had a maintenance issue and called the front office I never got a person on the phone. I always got the machine, so I would leave a detailed message and I never received a call back. So when I was ready to move out I was charged for all of my maintenance issues that I never got fixed when I lived there. The management is ALWAYS changing! They've had 4 people in the past year that I've lived here. They've lost my paperwork/pay stubs or they forget to make you fill out the paperwork. Parking is extremely limited even to residents, even if you have a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment and multiple people in your household you are only allowed 1 covered parking slot. 1! So if you choose to pay for a garage you are allowed to 2 parking slots, your garage and a covered parking slot. People who pay for a garage still park in the free parking area and management does nothing about it. Old management
