We just moved in and have mainly been working with Kaylah. She’s so sweet and patient. We really like her and the rest of the staff. They’re very nice and inviting. There are a few maintenance issues for the price we’re paying but our requests are being met promptly. We are liking our experience so far. :)

I have lived at Stonelake for almost a year and the experience has been wonderful. All of our maintenance concerns have been addressed quickly, and the apartments are beautiful inside. We came from out in Folsom and have not been disappointed by the local amenities! We were wary as we enjoyed the nature trails that are spread throughout Folsom so… much as a way to get some exercise and fresh air, especially during COVID, and the trail that wraps around the property is always well maintained and even occasionally has cows in the field on the other side of the property which my kids adore

Very peaceful! I've been living here for a few months now and it has been so relaxing. No constructions around, friendly neighbors, and a great community center.
I want to write an extra special thank you to Vincent! He has been very helpful throughout the entire application process. We were so touched he took time out of his day and was on the phone with us when we were struggling with our online application. Also very patient as well! And even to this day, he's always helping us with any questions we have. The best part, we love bumping into him in the community center, he's so sweet and friendly

I have to say that the team here is amazing and really cares about ensuring residents are treated with care and utmost importance. Vincent onboarded my family VIP style, Tyler gave my kids extra time at the 2nd pool when 1st pool was overcrowded near pool closing time, Kaylah provided above and beyond service when she helped us get into our apartment due to not having keys, and it was well past their closing time. And Yasmine has also always been professional, and recently helped take care of seasonal ant problem. Last but not least, the emergency maintenance crew always delivers white glove service

This place has been nothing but nice and courteous to me. Yesmein (hope I’m spelling that) worked with me, constantly updating me with available apartments.She went out of her way to make sure I would find a place to live.
Though I decided to wait for reason that had nothing to do with the apartment. They were extremely professional.
I would refer someone to the stone lake apartments any day because there place is amazing the apartments are amazing the landscaping is beautiful.

This place is amazing! Beautiful grounds, clubhouse, and stunning apartment homes. I recently relocated my aging parents into this community, and they love it! Leasing Staff is very professional, and helps you every step of the way. I have several friends that live in this community, and I'm glad we took their recommendation to check it out!

I was looking for a beautiful, well-kept apartment home. I found it at Stonelake in Elk Grove, CA. The grounds when you enter are beautiful. I look forward to swimming in one of the two pools. But the best part is the staff.

I WANT TO SAY THE WHOLE STAFF DID AMAZING!!!!!
We need to move very quickly and the staff was able to move in two weeks! Man the apartment homes are amazing with the quartz counter tops to the crown molding making that extra touch more special. Not to mention the welcome bagAnd packet they set up for us when given our keys. And the call back to… make sure we were doing ok with our move!
ALSO They have nature preserve trail outside the community with quick and easy access back into the community !!! Great time to take my little ones out for a morning or a evening walk. THERE IS SO MUCH TO

I’ve been living here since July 2020 and have had an amazing experience so far. Great location with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Haven’t really had a chance to enjoy the pool/gym amenities due to COVID, but that’s understandable given the situation. Office staff has always been friendly, helpful and reply to emails within a timely manner.

Stonelake Apartment Lease BuyOut. I had previously resided at Stonelake Apartments on East Taron Drive for 6 years. I just recently moved out due to my elderly mother needing assistance and my lease was not up until February 2021. When I asked what I needed to do, I was told I needed to buy out my lease, but I was left with the impression that if… they rerented my apartment I would be reimbursed the difference. It was never explained that the reimbursement was if you continued to pay month to month not for the buyout. I moved out November 13 my apartment was rented December 1st. I paid close

A current resident; overall not a bad place to live, but over-priced for sure. Management has been remodeling every apt when someone leaves, they are trying to be a luxury apt complex, but are actually a mid-level complex with a nice shine. They are repairing and renovating everything, even the cracks in the driveway, hence the hi-prices. Watch… what they list as options, add-ons, and add benefits, some options quickly become mandatory things you have to pay for, and some added benefits don't exsist, like a courtesy patrol, they even say in the lease they don't provide security, but they
