We have lived in Lakeshore for 4 years and couldn’t be happier. The layout of our duplex -3B 3B- is so livable and the best use of space. The grounds are so pretty, and our neighborhood is quiet. We love our… neighbors as well. We have our own little garden in the backyard. Landscaping is performed every week, and building maintenance requests are completed promptly. If you're looking for a great place to live with clean, well maintained grounds this is the place for you. Parking is never a problem. Units are well maintained with responsive maintenance staff. My A/C stopped working on a Saturday morning during a heat wave and the on-call maintenance man not only had it fixed within two hours but he also took… the time to clean the filters. Alyssa and Robert in the office are very responsive and easy to work with. Each unit has washer/dryer hookups. The complex has a nice mix of retirees and younger families. The only downside is thin common walls between

We are just starting our second year and for an apartment complex, which we have lived in quite a few now, this is hands down the best we have ever lived at. Our work orders get taken care of right away, the staff is so nice...they know everyone by their first name which blows me away every time we talk. The grounds are very nice, area is safe, and I've never had an issue with a neighbor *knock on wood!*

Beautiful grounds, kept up really good, like any other place, there are nice neighbors and nosy neighbors, the nosy neighbors will spread lies about your kids to management, and i use the word loosely because management is just there to take your money and give you notices, twist your words and situations around to benefit them, or not get them in trouble when they mess up. lovely place to live but wouldn't recommend it to family
