We stood in line for over 2 hours waiting to get our keys during mass-move in. They had 2 people working the desk to accommodate hundreds of people moving in. You would think they’d have more people working to help check everyone in, but no, that would make too much sense. Overall a horrible first impression.

I strongly discourage anyone from renting from Hunter Bloomington Properties. I rented from them during the 2019-2020 school year and I signed a lease with the Quarry's previous management company in Nov. 2019 for the 2020-2021 school year. Everything was fine until Hunter Bloomington Properties became management in early 2020. Around that time, I called and asked the person who answered the phone if my lease for the 20-21 school year was valid and he replied that it was and that no further action was needed on my part. In July 2020, I was notified that HBP did not, in fact, have my lease, but

I find it crazy that they are charging $540+ a room in a 4 bedroom, because when I moved out six months ago it was $330. They recently changed to new management and updated units but it's not worth the price hike.
Yes, they have a shuttle. But it is unreliable and runs at inconvenient times.
Yes, they have a dog park. Which is pitch black at night and inaccessible when it rains.
The good things I can say is that the desk staff are friendly, the apartments are spacious, and the hiking trail is a nice feature.
But the price hike when all they did was change out carpet and update appliances seems

LESS THAN ONE STAR NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!!! Maintenance is subpar, units have mold and need to be updated. Over priced rent for deplorable living situations. NO amenities for how much you pay. The office doesn't care they only want your money without fixing anything! Less than one star! Live anywhere else. Visitor parking is a joke. You get one visitor parking for every 20 units. The Quarry needs to get it together.

Living at the Quarry has been an enjoyable experience. The staff is nice and always willing to help. I love living in my apartment, it is so spacious. My favorite part is the kitchen, its so huge I still cant fill all the cabinet space.
Over the last year, they have made great changes to the neighborhood, adding small gym and renewing the parking lots. Now they are going to be upgrading the apartments with new appliances and new wood floors. The new management is making a conscious effort to better this property.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT live here. Pay a little more and go to “The Village at Muller Park” up the road. Better place and not much more expensive. Staff is ridiculously uneducated, misinformed and does NOT know what they are doing at any point in time. Lies lies lies. Roommate was dealing drugs, so I reported to the office. They replied, “There is nothing we can do.” Really?!? They do inspections all the time for some odd reason and intrude on your home and happy space. FURNITURE IS OLD AND DIRTY. Looks like it from 1990’s. Microwave was FILTHY on move-in. Stove was atrocious

The amenities are great! They are updating all the spaces to make them more modernized. The town homes are very spacious and well kept by maintenance. The staff is friendly, caring and throws great resident events. I would definitely recommend The Quarry!

The Quarry overall has nice town homes for price that you are paying. The plus side to living here is that you are on separate leases. Originally, my first few months here were fine... nothing to complain about. However, I got a new position and needed to move, I found a sub-leaser for my room. The process was very unprofessional and unorganized. After this long process was finalized and my sub-leaser signed paperwork to take over it was even more of a disaster. Every time I called the office it was a different story and seemed no one was on the same page. From my understanding they are suppose
