Red Soles Winery
Red Soles Winery is located in the rolling hills west of Paso Robles in the unique growing region known as The Willow Creek AVA. Our location allows the ocean to temper the area's warm days with cool, breezy nights. These conditions, paired with limestone soils, create the perfect terroir for growing high quality wine. We are family owned and operated, specializing in hand crafted wines, made from grapes grown on our own vineyards. All our wines are very limited production.
Services
After his career in high-tech telecommunications and networking took him and his family to every part of world, it has been quite a satisfying change to wake up every day, take a few steps, and be at work. Having grown up in Southern California, the Central Coast was the perfect place to land after years of international travel.
Miracles Ranch sits on 100 acres located in the heart of the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. Rolling hills and limestone rich soils provide ultimate growing conditions for our premium wine grapes. The proximity of the Pacific Ocean brings cool afternoon breezes to temper the heat of Paso Robles, and the daily swing in temperature lends to the ideal growing conditions for rich, complex wines.

Stopped in unexpectedly... on our way to Big Sur. Beautiful area to take a break and do a little wine tasting.

Highly recommend if you're in the area. Thank you Diane for serving us, your hospitality and conversation. The Paso Doble: Cabernet & Syrah Blend was great. Thank you!

They treat you like family. This gem is a delicious retreat from any commercialized, overdone stop you’ll make. Very generous and accommodating. They actually think of you and your interests as a guest. This place offers the vacation the wine tasting experience should resemble. No hustle or bustle. Just delicious wine!

The lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We ended up buying a bottle of bootlegger dessert wine and a bottle of the limoncello. The distillery/winery was fantastic.

We have been fans of Red Soles for several years. We had never sat outside. We had no idea what we were missing. The Covid restrictions only improved the experience at Red Soles. Tables are spread out and offer full sun to shade. You are steps away from the vines. The view is amazing. Make a reservation so you are sure to get a chance to taste great Rhône varietals in a beautiful location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This review is long overdue! My fiance and I found Red Soles a few years ago when we first started taking our dog to Paso. We've watched the tasting room undergo renovations and were able to visit on the patio over the 4th of July weekend when they reopened.

Tiffani, the tasting room manager, has always been very welcoming as well the owners Randy and Cheryl. Everyone there is so down to earth which I don't find at all the wineries. We go every time we're in Paso to decompress and know they won't rush us.

We are wine club members and always look forward to our shipments as

It had been quite some time since we'd visited this winery and thought we would take advantage of the $1 shipping. We purchased three bottles. We've tried Paso Doble and Kick Off so far and both my husband and I agree, they were sub par. We found them to be incredibly young and not drinkable. No amount of decanting remedied the overall acidity of both of these wines. We've been visiting Paso Robles each year for the past 20 years and we were so very very disappointed with this purchase. We could've gotten better wine at our local Trader Joe's for under $10. I decided to

Had the pleasure of visiting this winery yesterday. A quiet Tuesday afternoon.... our dog was welcome, evidently, they love dogs!!!!!
Tiffany (my birthday sister!) was pouring, educating and laughing with us. She shared the winery's story with us, love the male & female foot print logo that goes with their story.
We live in "no wine shipping" state, so didn't join their wine club...... but purchased a few bottles and will make this a stop for all our future visits to Paso!
Thx for the lovely experience!

My wife and I came here after we got engaged 11.5 years ago. They hadn't been opened that long but we were instantly hooked with the warm family vibe and really good wines.

We have been coming here year after year on trips thru Paso on the way to Monterrey or back to LA. Randy and Cheryl are great people, fantastic hosts and really good at wine making. The staff they have hired are all wonderfully warm and super helpful.

This trip we tasted thru some of the wines and settled on buying the Zinfandel and the Paso Doble. The Zinfandel was great spicy, lightly peppery yet bright should pair

Red Soles was recommended to us by the tour guide at Eberle and we are so happy we made it to Red Soles! By far the most personable experience we've had in Paso. The wines were amazing and so was "The Hooch." We had the chance to chat Randy (The Owner) and he took great care of my wife and I! We will never skip over Red Soles when we are in town and hope we have an another opportunity to share a glass of wine with Randy and meet Cheryl!!

Here now on a rainy and gusty Thursday afternoon. Tiffany is so sweet and personable. you can tell she really loves her job and is quite knowledgeable about the wine business.

This is a smaller operation. Wine is made in the tasting room.

Red Soles has some excellent wine. We have been here before but it was many years ago. Today we bought a couple of bottles after tasting.

They also have a 400+year-old Oak Tree on their property which is awesome to look at.

They also have a small distillery in the tap room which I think they use to make Brandy.

Really Good Reds!
After living in Napa Valley for some time we now spend all of our winery time in Paso. Red Soles ranks in our top 5 of all wines ever!
We joined the club on our visit 3 weeks ago, came back again this week and purchased more. Our server Tiffani was great and prices are very reasonable too! Thanks for a great Paso experience!

On August 1st, my spouse and I visited the Red Soles Winery and Stillhouse, the last of 7 Paso Robles wineries on our list. We were awed by the enthusiastic and professional pourer, who gave us a detailed, knowledgeable explanation of the varieties of wine grown, the virtues of each and the distillation process of their Limoncello and brandy. The Limoncello is magnificent--there is no other word! This could easily be a liquor or dessert and is so smooth and satisfying. I bought a bottle and plan to order more.
This will be a favorite stop when we return!

There are over 200 wineries to taste at in Paso Robles. You should start and finish your tasting adventure at Red Soles. The owner and vintner/distiller, Randy, is a fantastic guy and an amazing wine maker. This is a small boutique winery who grow their own grapes and make their own wine! You will be amazed by all their wine, but we think their Petite Syrah, Syrah, and Cabs are world class. They run out of wine over time. I asked how many cases they bottle and Randy's answer was "the big wineries spill more on the floor". Love this wine and its people!

I really appreciated the service, the education, and mostly, the wines at this pretty hilltop spot. A friendly and knowledgeable pourer walked me through six wines, explaining each tasting. She tasted the first pour of each new bottle she opened to be sure it was top quality; when something seemed off with a particular bottle, she obliged my inquiry into the cork smell and talked me through the taste of the slightly corked and purely fresh wine. The Chardonnay/Viognier blend may be one of the most refreshing summer wines I've ever tasted. They don't feature any "value" wines

A great place to visit with plenty of tastings to enjoy!

Been here a few times, as I always seem to find something on the menu that I enjoy and can take home with me as a souvenir of my trip down. This time was no exception.

They name each of their wines with shoe themes - which obviously appeals to us ladies - but the theme and pictures on the bottles is something I really like about this winery.

They have recently gone through a refurbishment of their tasting room, which has opened it up and made it much more light and airy. In summer you can see right through into the vineyards when they

One of my new favorite wineries!! I'll definitely be back! My husband and I had such a great experience here on 10/1/17 while celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The 2 individuals working that morning were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The flavors of the wines were fantastic and unlike any other wines I have tasted before. Red Soles also has some tasty brandy made from distilled wines. This location does have some beautiful views for photos. Huge thanks to Bill (our limo driver) for bringing us here and the lovely ladies that guided us through our tasting!

Best winery of the trip, hands down.

Or was it that this was #4 of the day after some pretty heavy pours at the other places?

Well....let's recap:

We were sent here because they have Viognier's and they did not disappoint.
You get 6 tastings out of their 14 options +this day at least, she was pouring the 7 others as well.
Everything was good.
We bought 4 bottles: Heart & Sole - a delicious Viognier/Chardonnay mix, Achilles Weakness - a great, not too peppery red, Loose Laces Rose - perfect rose for any occasion (unless you like sweet roses, which this is not), and their Estate
