CaliPaso is a luxurious private inn and winery nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards of Paso Robles. Each of our 7 guestrooms and suites offer exquisite decor blending luxury and comfort. Features include fireplaces, private balconies or patios overlooking our vineyards and surrounding countryside.
Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and framed by hundreds of acres of lush vineyards, Calipaso Inn offers a unique setting that highlights Paso Robles's natural beauty. The Inn is an intimate boutique style hotel with a Tuscan flavor. Make the most of the outdoor terraces during champagne receptions or al fresco dining surrounded by perfectly manicured gardens and Oak trees.
As a member of our wine club you're not only among great company, but you also get great benefits in addition to great wine!. You must be at least 21 years old to receive shipments and wine must be delivered to an address where someone over 21 is present to sign for the wine. Cancellation must be done at least 30 days or more prior to the next wine club shipment and must be in writing via email to info@calipasowinery.com.

My husband and I went to Paso Robles to celebrate my Birthday and do some wine tasting. We were looking for a winery with an Inn and restaurant. We were very fortunate to find Cali Paso Winery and Villas.
The rooms are very unique and comfortable.
The restaurant has great food and flights of their wine are available. The stuffed mushrooms were our favorite but all foods were delicious.
The staff was very attentive. The manager Stephanie helped us with wine purchases. Her kindness was incredible. Our server Janice was very attentive.
The executive Chef Josh visited our table to discuss our choices

The place is stunning - beautiful buildings don't gardens. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the fried mozzarella and grilled artichoke. The mozzarella was not greasy and lightly breaded. The chicken Parmesan was a very generous serving and I loved the pieces of artichoke in the noodles. My son loved his filet mignon. My husband loved his cioppino. We would highly recommend those.

We had planned on going to CaliPaso for a wine tasting... but ended up with an even better experience. We met Stephanie when checking in and realized we were at the wrong location. Stephanie (Restaurant Manager) explained the different locations and then quickly offered us a beautiful alternative. We sat in an area near the restaurant and she conducted a special wine tasting for us. The wines were amazing, the location is beautiful - but Stephanie was outstanding! She turned our mistake into a really lovely opportunity. We purchased wines and look forward to possibly staying at the hotel

My husband and I are thoroughly enjoying our stay at Calipaso Winery & Villa. Jaime helped with reservations and Ruth greater us upon arrival. Our fist night we dined on the restaurant patio with perfectly prepared delicious dinner by Chef Josh, friendly and efficient service by Janice and Stephanie who shared their knowledge of the are and area wines. What a fabulous place with fabulous people! Chef Stefanie prepared breakfast with the most fresh ingredients in the morning that is included with your room stay. Hands down a place you will feel as if you were in a private home in Italy where

Truly incredible venue! We made reservations for dinner and when we arrived, we were blown away. The atmosphere is stunning (especially if you get a table on the balcony overlooking the vineyard). The meal was spectacular. The reserve Chardonnay was excellent. Highly recommended! Don't miss out on a chance to dine here.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this property, that there are only 7 rooms is amazing in itself, it is VERY quiet!
The grounds are to die for and the breakfasts were great!
They even had free charging for Tesla's, which I utilized.
But when you are charging up to $500 a night and want to compete with 5-star resorts, the last 5% can spoil the entire experience.
A few upgrades would bring this back to 5 stars!
* The furniture looks to be original from Villa Toscana, it needs to be thrown out and replaced!
* One light was out in our room, another was flickering on and off,

I'm in love with this place. My husband planned a small getaway for our anniversary and he did such a good job. When we arrived at night it was easy to find and plenty open spots. We were greeted and given a key to our room and told about their all you can eat breakfast in the morning. Also we were giving two free tasting passes to their tasting room that's not located in the same place but we Uber it and we loved the service as well as the wine. We got a room in the second floor and I was wowed to the max. How did my husband plan all this? without me figuring it out lol the room is

A must visit if your a local or if your visiting from out of town. This was an amazing experience from start to finish.
What we LOVED:

Stayed here for a mini-non-airplane-covid get away and I couldn't have been happier with my choice of lodging! With only 7 rooms, Calipaso Villa was a quaint, private retreat from the standard Marriotts or other chain hotels that we typically stay at. They observed SIP protocol, which I appreciated, particularly in a couple of ways: they didn't come into our room during our 2 night stay, which I didn't mind, because I don't like people in my room anyway, even if they're there to clean it; and they took our order for breakfast instead of serving a plated meal or buffet
