With over 25 years of construction experience and 10 years of inspection experience, we have seen most of what northern Ohio's property owners need to know. We provide thorough home inspections that cover such items as the structure, roof, heating, cooling, electrical, foundation, doors, windows, and other items. Mike with Accurate Home Inspections was very thorough throughout the inspection process, ensuring he viewed every inch of the house. Mike was one of the home inspectors referred to by our realtor. We were not disappointed. Mike is very professional and very thorough. He explained things to us and gave us advice as far as maintaining systems in the home. He also found a faulty electrical outlet in the kitchen which was then replaced by the homeowners. He provided a full written report to us very promptly and even said to contact him if we have any further questions or need assistance. He is a caring guy and very personable. I know we have no worries moving into our new home after having Mike inspect it. I highly recommend his
