Choosing the right home inspector can be hard. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
Our inspection includes a comprehensive visual examination of the property's readily accessible elements and components. At the conclusion of the home inspection, you will be well informed about the purchase or sale you are about to make. Our report will include detailed notes & full color digital photos about your inspection.
Most major construction flaws go unnoticed for the first couple years. By this time, correcting these flaws could cost thousands of dollars to remedy, and the builder is no longer responsible. It is unfortunate that most of these flaws go unnoticed until it is too late and extensive damage has already occurred.

John is very reliable, honest and thorough. He did our home inspection and told us everything he was doing, why he was doing it and anything we needed to know good and bad. We had our home inspection report in the time frame he gave us and it was very detailed! I would and will reccomend Over & Under Home Inspections to anyone!

John was amazing. I was in desperate need of a home inspection ASAP and everywhere I called was 2 weeks out. John came out the same day and was very thorough in his inspection. He was very patient will all my questions. He had my report to me the next morning. I will definitely be using him again.

John was amazing. As a first time home owner I was apprehensive about the inspection on my first home and he walked me through all issues and his thoughts on the severity/ and who I would need to talk to / work with in order to fix the issue. 24 hours after he sent me the report he reached out to me again asking if there was anything I had questions about and offered additional support and answered my remaining question. Incredibly customer focused, thorough in his report, and overall wonderful to work with.
