The employee who handled me talked crap about me and shared my personal info with clinic staff, and I've been calling them for over a year at this point to get a copy of my medical records each time I'm being told this doctor is in Korea. I don't get any response from the owner, SUng Mun Jung. I think this business calls for federal investigation.

My first acupuncture experience, and my first visit to BeAti. They were incredibly professional, clean, and welcoming! They spent the time to explain the process to me, gave me other helpful tips relating to my health, and gave me a relaxing and pain-free hour. I woke up this morning with all my shoulder knots completely GONE, too!

I sprained my ankle on the sidewalk, which became swollen and painful the next day. I was recommended beati acupuncture (formerly bliss acupuncture) by a friend who's been there. After one session of a combination of things they did, the next day my swelling has gone down a lot. After another session I can walk much better, even though it'll probably take a little more time and probably more sessions, I highly recommend this clinic, at least for ankle sprains from my own experience

I love bliss Accupuncture and wellness spa. The staff is so nice and they have really helped to me to manage my chronic back pain without medication. Their physical therapy is superior and different compared to other Doctors here on LI. Sessions are one on one and they really cater to your individual needs. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Bliss for about 8 weeks now and have only great things to say about them. Ellen was my acupuncturist and from the moment I walked into the spa-like, soothing space she made me feel very welcome and nurtured. Everyone there truly cares about the patient's well being. I was suffering from TMJ for months, I noticed a slight improvement after about 3 weeks of treatment and now am about 85%-90% better. A bonus is the relaxing atmosphere with each treatment, makes me feel like I get 2 spa treatments every week! I highly recommend Bliss Acupuncture for a variety of ailments
