Parking is horrible & for SUVs, you need to reverse into the parking spots which is a main, busy road (directly leading to I-880 or left & connect to I-101N). No one comes to help you at all & you rely on the kindness of others who speak English to provide instructions. You wait in line, battle for bins with others to unload and if you have more than 2 bins, then bring help to roll them to the front of the Bldg where it gets weighed with cashier's office inside.
