Horace's Towing & Recovery started in 1969. Founder, Horace Jarrett, began his towing and recovery services to provide quality towing for the tri-city area. Horace Jarrett continued to operate his business up until 2001 when Bradley E. Harter purchased Horace's Towing in April.

The guys at Horace towing are out standing , and is the ONLY towing company I trust and rely on in the central Virginia area .. No matter the time , and no matter the place they will come and serve you with the best customer service. From locking my keys in my vehicle , breaking down on the 95 due to a broken drive shaft , they had the tools and equipment to get the task at hand completed . To this day I recommend all my friends and family who call me from time to time looking for a tow company to Horace towing , and they always have nothing but great words to say about their experience !! Horaces' Towing is amazing!! Used them to tow my classic Challenger to another location. Brad treated our car as if his own and treated it with great care. In fact , we were so pleased with the job done we have used them exclusively for any tows, jump starts etc that we have needed. Always been very courteous and professional
