It's probably not the worst place to live, but for the price of rent you would expect an elevated living experience. While the staff were always friendly there are some key areas that really ended up souring my stay:
- Every lease renewal period the price of rent is raised BUT the quality of living is never elevated to match. My rent was raised twice within my stay there and for that I had one single parking spot for my bedroom apartment/car family (the other cars could fight over the single visitor spot in each lot or park on the street), one washer and dryer in my six apartment building, and

I was really upset this week after learning that my inquiry regarding my water bill had fallen in deaf ears and even after a couple of attempts to resolve the issue, I was served with a late fee notification and was at risk to be evicted from my apartment.
I emailed them and Tracie reached out to me. She fixed the problem the same day, I was impressed and most of all thankful. The manner in which this misunderstanding was handled was outstanding and worked to the advantage of the both parties involved. She showed me that they do care about their tenants and I felt her sincerity.

As a non-pet owner I find it utterly disgusting that this community does nothing to enforce their rules on tenants picking up behind their animals. On multiple occasion I've complained about poo in the grass, poo on my front patio and so on. The usual response is, did you see who's dog it is? Here's a suggestion, send a notice out advising that if the behavior does not change animals will not be allowed. It's annoying and downright disrespectful to let your dog go in front of someone else's door and not pick it up. What's worse is the community won't even pick it up after complaint.
