100 percent mark up from retail on parts seemed excessive. I would expect up to 50 percent but 200.00 for a 100.00 part was too much. Add in that my car now reeks of smoke and I can say with some certainty that unless I absolutely have to, I won't be back.

My wife drives a 1998 Lincoln Town Car, with air ride suspension, which malfunctioned and deflated while parked overnight. This type suspension is comprised basically of three parts, any one of which could malfunction with the same result; and, of course, replacement of any of the three does not guarantee one of the remaining two will not malfunction. Replacing the entire system is a $2500 minimum.
I called Fast Auto and discussed the options with the service manager, including replacing the deflated rubber air bags with shock absorbers. He agreed the shock absorbers would eliminate future
