I was putting off getting my oil changed. So I called and spoke to a gentleman that was very polite on the phone so thought I will give them a try. Puled up drove right in they got all my information asked me what my concerns etc. Cheked everyone in my car. I am a new customer! We were passing through Bentonville, and our service light came on and alerted us that we needed oil.
We stopped in and explained our situation to Tony. We suggested an oil change, and he asked to let him check it out first. He didn't want to charge us for something that we didn't need. Several men then began to work on the car. He ended up adding oil and coolant and explained what was going on with our car.

$92 for a synthetic oil change is insane. I also got yelled at for pulling into one of their stations. They guy said to not pull in on my own because my vehicle might "fall in" and it would take two tow trucks to get it out. To be fair, they were fast about getting the oil change done and the service professional was polite. Still waaay too expensive!

Very fast and friendly service! Offered a free car wash after my 2nd oil change. Different services available for different prices. Sit in your car doing oil change! Staff will give you a 20+ point inspection. Will let you know if anything sticks out that needs to be addressed. Have even recommended a few different places for a repair I needed. Very grateful for the transparency and courteous professionalism. Highly recommended!!!

They are the friendliest, most helpful oil change business I have ever used. Once, they came out and told me my oil looked good and to wait another 2000 miles. Most places would have changed it and went on about their day. I tell everybody I know to use them. Support local, well run businesses, folks!
