Sammy's On The Square

Great breakfast..... Great Service..... Great atmosphere......great small town experience. Highly recommend!!

Sammy's on the Square is the Go-To place in Walworth, Fontana area for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Sammy's does a brisk business with good food, quick service, reasonable prices and a heck of a lotta food per plate.
Sammy's menu is extensive. I can't think of any item Sammy's doesn't offer. We dine there frequently when we want a great Breakfast and good coffee. It's basically a Diner. We LOVE Diners.
Sammy's is family owned. You can meet a member of the family just about any day of the week.
Ample free parking. Bigger inside than it looks on outside. Always crowded but be patient: You'll be seated

We stop here all the time for breakfast or lunch. Consistently good food. Very friendly servers. Clean bathrooms.

Not only was the food great, but the service is awesome!! I met one of the owners and her son - wonderful, caring people.

I was hoping for something more out of this place. It was good, but nothing at all spectacular. Yes I know it’s a diner, but that is what I based it on. It’s just ok. They don’t even use fresh fruit in the pancakes. That’s not asking too much.

Breakfast was so so. Came lukewarm almost as if it were premade. Hashbrowns were chewy... and ordered eggs over medium and were really runny. Service was good however. Not a mask to be seen but place was very clean.

The food and service are as wonderful as you'd expect. The owners are very kind and attentively hands on. Breakfast here will surely put you in a great mood for the start of your day.

The staff was great. The place was very full and I was concerned at how close people were seated.
Food was very good, portions generous. Will go back.

We enjoyed their fish fry. Loved their pecan crusted Tilapia and Shrimp Combo.
Will be back to try breakfast and lunch too.

When in town, make sure you stop by. Great service, delicious food, big servings(one plate enough to serve 2)
