Services
A signed title or pink slip is required for donation. If there is no title available, you would need to submit an Application for Replacement Title with the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) and then contact us when you have a replacement title. You will receive a receipt at the time of pick uo from our driver.
We provide services for vehicle owners, property managers, auto club members, local police as well as non-profit organizations. If you need towing, parking lot enforcement, wheel lift services, vehicle transport services. We can tow your vehicle to any location you need as well as our own certified automotive repair shop.
Centrally located in Beaverton, Professional Towing provides towing services in hillsboro, oregon with a very quick response time, since we are basically already there. Hwy 8 which is also known as Tualatin Valley HWY on the hillsboro side and Canyon Rd. on the Beaverton side. Hwy 8 is the main road which connects beaverton with hillsboro.

A call for tow at 8:30am, towed to shop at 12:15pm (an hr and 40 mins after it was supposed to be at the shop), 3 hrs and over $300 later hubby is finally on his way home. Would have been under $200 had the shop not had to cancel appointments because the tow company was late. Tow company says different than our roadside assistance (road side assistance said pro tow told them 120 mins which is 2 hours, pro tow claims they told them 3 hours min.) and was so rude.

Pro Tow was incredible, professional and went out of their way to provide safe service. My car broke down on the side of the highway and the driver (so sorry for not recalling his name) drove me home after taking the car to the shop when he realized I didn’t have a ride. I’m extremely grateful that my safety was as great a priority as my car for this service. Highly recommend!

My Honda Pilot was having major issues and wouldn’t start, so I needed it towed from a lot in Tigard to the Honda shop in Beaverton. I had no idea who to call, relying on reviews like this, which is the reason I’m leaving one now. Everything was smooth and very professional from the call to the drop-off and payment. I paid $163 to get it out of a very tight spot and delivered 10 miles away to the dealership, which I think is quite reasonable. I was expecting to pay between $200-$300. Next time, I know who to call right away.

The front axel of my car broke last night when it was too late to go to a mechanic so the AAA tow truck had to tow it to my house, today I called Pro Tow to tow it to my mechanics and Gilbert arrived very soon afterwards and was so sweet and professional, it made the whole experience of my car breaking down a little easier and I appreciated it a lot! He had it towed and the way to the mechanics very quickly too.

I had two tow truck drivers turn down the job because they didn't feel comfortable on my driveway but am so grateful I finally found one who would take time away from his family on a Saturday to help me. After a 12-mile bike ride, I returned to my car at Tualatin Hills Nature Park, found it wouldn't start. ProTow picked it up quickly, took it to their shop. Nate, their mechanic, stress-tested the battery, adjusted some cables, made it good as new and didn't even charge me. He's very bright, an excellent communicator, and a great example for that company. These guys are professional, proficient, reliable, and totally honest.

I was referred to Pro Tow by Kevork's Auto Care (great people there too). When I called, dispatch person was very friendly and able to have someone come out within 30-40 minutes. Well, David arrived in less time than that (very impressive). He asked me what was wrong with my car and I told him I couldn't get it to start. He then tried to start my car and did so successfully! No towing needed, no charge for coming out... saved me money! David also recommended I still take my car in to my mechanic because he agreed that something might be wrong with my starter. Thanks so much for your help and kindness

I was stuck and need a tow truck. It had been a long day and that was the last thing I needed. It was raining and cold. Well to to my surprise, an angel came to my rescue me. He was very fast and was efficient, professional and very friendly. I was very impressed with his service. He went beyond his duty and made me feel good and important. My wife was stranded with a flat tire and did not know what to do. I was 1hr away and not answering my phone. She started calling tow companies and Pro Tow was the only one that answered right away. Professional person in an office took the call not some tow truck driver on a noisy street. Gilbert was dispatched to her quickly and he was polite and very respectful. My wife is a strong independent woman so it was a but embarrassing she needed help. Gilbert never made her feel less or talk down to her he was 100% a gentleman. Rich, you are wrong about the signage there is no sign anywhere on the premises that relates to having a permit to park there, wasn't when my grandson parked there and there still not a sign to be found. I can't even begin to tell you how awful this company is. I parked in a spot that said shopping parking and they towed me a min away to their lot and charged me 488 for the tow I get there to pick up my car super upset as I've never had my car towed and they drove off saying I was too hard to deal with so I called Beaverton police they even are done with these guys!! Get them out of this city. 3 grown men can't deal with a girl

So do I like getting towed? Not in the least. Do I appreciate honest work and integrity? Always. These guys made a horrible situation a lot more bearable simply because they showed compassion. Being out the $$ isn't so great, however understanding the laws, even after hours in an emergency, means that these guys are just doing their job correctly.

Our Salesperson's vehicle broke down so I called Pro Tow and spoke with Greg. He was very helpful and was able to dispatch the driver within 10 minutes. The tow driver, Gilbert, showed up and he respected how the vehicle was hooked up and how he drove with our employee to the destination. His vehicle was clean and he was well groomed. My mon live in Rolla Villa in Portland Oregon . They part there Truck up by the club house , with a note in the window saying are dress and number . Pro Tow came tow the truck. Then change us 7. 20 dollars to get the car out. Plus they told us 300 had to be cash not card. Now the place is in Portland a cross the street is king city and Tigard , but the house is in Portland , Pro tow Violated Portland Towing Laws( Lic 9.02-13) There is 30 parking spots. Which Royal villa has told us that a note is all we had to put on the car. Even with we were tow. We part there all the time. But lets get

Keeping it short. I asked just to double check that there would be no charge for me. (Moving an illegally parked car in front of my house). Phone operators name was Jonathan. He says "does it look like I'm taking any credit card info from you?" Extremely rude. A simple yes or no would've been just fine. At the end he told me he wouldn't tow the car and then he hung up on me.

I'm very disappointed in this company. Over two years agoMy son was involved in an auto accident in which his car was totaled. There was a very nice lady there named Shannon who was helping us since we are not from Oregon. The paperwork they needed, title, was in the glove box and this was perfectly understood by pro towing. Now it's been two or three years since that happened and they put a lien on my son. They took several hundred dollars out of his bank account. I had a flat late one night and Mike came out to help me. He was very courteous and friendly, and worked with my insurance and dispatch to get things settled since I didn't realize I had TWO flat tires.
Mike dropped my car off at a nearby tire service place and made sure I understood what was going on.
