Ethan's Friends is an organization that has been serving the Colombia, South America area since the beginning of 2009. It is named after our son Ethan Schneider who has been diagnosed with Autism and Epilepsy. Our mission is to support the members of this community in their time of need, and work towards a greater good.

I couldn't even go less than one star, or I would.
I called to get a ride to airport at 4:30 am the night before. No show. Waited 10 minutes, kept calling and calling them. They don't even answer the phone at 4:30am, even after I left a frantic message. NO ANSWER!!!! I called PARADISE. They were there in 4 minutes to get us to the airport. Thank GOD for them. I called the motel when I got home, and this stupid company NEVER did come.
I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone. I understand they missed another ride the day before. UNRELIABLE SERVICE. There's no excuse for this type of BAD SERVICE

We took Comfort Transportation from Ft Myers Beach to the airport. Our driver/owner Don Schneider was extremely personable! We forgot a pair of sunglasses in his car and he texted us asking if they were ours, and graciously mailed them back to us in Wisconsin! I highly recommend this company and will use their services when I return to Florida for a visit!

We setup an account with Comfort Transportation for my mother-in-law when she became unable to drive due to a medical condition. (We live in Miami, she lives in FMB) The lady-driver has been extremely kind and caring, and as my MIL's health issues have escalated, we rely more and more on the service.
Having the same person each time is a huge comfort to my mother in law.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking safe, reliable transportation for themselves or loved ones.
