Staff is amazing and awesome. I’ve been going there for years and finally decided to write a review because of what happened yesterday. I had a double crown splint procedure, and things went fairly well. There was some discomfort after the procedure, but it was nothing that Tylenol couldn’t handle. The next day, I’m starting my morning routine and saw a voicemail notification on my phone. Dr Maes had called late last night to check on how I was doing. This is patient care at its finest!
And by the way, I’ve been avoiding dental cleanings for two years since COVID, and now that I’m back

I used to love this place years ago but it’s gone downhill. The staff isn’t the nicest and the lead dentist doesn’t do extractions or anything so you have to go elsewhere for intricate work. We were told one thing and then when we went to get another opinion, a few of them, and we were told that NDC didn’t give correct and knowledgeable information. They want more money out of you rather than being honest. I’m really disappointed at how downhill this office has gone because I have been going here for years. Unfortunately, I’m looking for a new office and won’t be coming back here

Although I was there for an extraction I was also interested in having an upper denture replaced. I was disappointed that there was no one there to discuss it with. I am waiting for a call back regarding a denture replacement and a lower bridge being mad. I know that Medicaid will not pay for a gold tooth but there was no one who could quote me a price. Other than these issues I was overall completely satisfied with my service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Landry and Dr. Maes for several years. I cannot complain. I first came to them with all kinds of dental issues, which was quite embarrassing for me, as I was very self-conscious of my smile. For me, the staff at New Orleans Dental Center were always professional, attentive to my needs, personable and caring. I had no surprises with any of my dental procedures, or problems with billing, and I was always able to get an appointment in that was convenient for me. With the help of the dentists and hygienists, I have learned to take better care of my teeth and gums. Nothing

Setting up an appointment is always easy. We never have to wait long to be called in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our out of pocket has always been very reasonable and we get an estimate of charges before even setting up an appointment. We recommend this dental office to everyone for all ages.

DON'T GO HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE $$$ & GRIEF!
Every time I go, they have yet another issue with billing. They tell me before a procedure that my total cost is going to be $30 then after a procedure all of a sudden my cost is an additional $500 and they have already done the service so I have to pay. They have done this REPEATEDLY which has proven that it is no longer just a mistake on their part, but an intentional con to trick people out of their money.
They also CONSTANTLY make mistakes, some of which have been detrimental to my health. One example is how they told me that a tooth that just
