Our experience with the Cascades started out good. Ashly was great to work with, however Adam came in as the leasing manager and did a poor job at running the facilities. We were forced to leave the apartment because of safety reason on one occasion and the management refused to listen to our concerns. They had a guy in a hazmat suit out spraying in a nearby unit, without notifying us, sending toxic fumes into our unit. There were several break-ins, and the complex does not want anything to do with complains, they refer everything to the police, and refuse to take any ownership. Safety was definitely

Lived here for multiple years and was always up to my expectations, the only thing I would say is that the parking isn't very well enforced because people would randomly park in a spots that were meant for residence. This is sort of understandable on the people's end considering quest parking isn't alway available, besides that everything was good.

I've lived here for 7 years and watched my family grow here to include 3 kids now. Love the office staff so much, maintenance is always friendly, and the grounds are well kept. My only serious complaint is about accessibility - Cascades have many stairs for some buildings and a lack of ramps for folks that rely on wheelchairs. Most importantly for families though, and a prime reason we keep renewing our lease, is that the nearby elementary school is just phenomenal. We have really enjoyed living here. We lived there less than a year. In that time we constantly had maintenance staff in and out for so many different reasons (none requested by us) not being able to park by our apartment due to repaving twice. Had to be evacuated from the fires (which found out that the apartments had burned down previously) and to top it off, the reviews that they rip you off with the deposit is 100% true. I scrubbed our place from top to bottom (with pictures to prove it) on top of always caring for the apartment on a daily basis. Lived here about a year my apartment itself was in thee perfect location so I could go outside in my balcony and it was way back in the corner with all the trees and a perfect view of the 91 fwy so I could get super stoney AND give my friends real time traffic updates. not to mention not long after we moved in our place quickly became the "cool people hang out" no joke that was hands down the happiest I've ever been in my life. I'd give anything to go back haha.

I have been here almost two years. Within the last year, there have been car break ins every few months. There was recently a home invasion while the tenant was home. The "security gate" is a joke. People just wait for someone to open the gate then follow them through.
The office staff will only respond to you in "canned" responses. They are either not allowed to or just don't know how to act human and only speak "boiler plate". No help when you have issues at all.
Guest parking is always full.

I lived at the Cascades for almost three years. It came at a time when I was going out on my own for the first time in twelve years. The staff at the Cascades was wonderful to me. They helped me and made my living there a great experience. Linda and Alexis are two of the nicest gals you will ever meet! The maintenance staff came in a timely manner and fixed whatever was needed. I moved only because I got a new job and had to relocate. I highly recommend the Cascades!

Living at the Cascades in Anaheim Hills was the worst living experience I have ever encountered. I got my car broken in to twice and and my fiance got her car broken into one time, as well. Management could careless about my encounter since they DID nothing and easily brushed me off. The apartment complex is gated but has no security surveillance. When the thieves broke into my car they stole my gate key along with other items. This pretty much gives them in and out access as they please. Management did not replace my gate key but instead charged me $50 to obtain another one.
