I love Park Georgetown its a wonderful place to live. If there is any problem I know I can count on the management team.
My apartment was leaking from the kitchen sink and I called Richard to fix the problem, he was happy to assist me. After fixing the problem he went ahead and clean up the area making it nice and clean. He asked me if there was anything else that he could assist with. Richard also checked to see if there was anymore leakage before leaving. Thank you very much for everything.

I chose this apartment because it is close to work. The compound is old but well maintained. The rent is a little cheaper for a variety of reasons: Older compound, no pool, small gym, aircraft noise, no laundry in unit, no trash chutes, etc. Due to the cheaper rent, it attracts a younger crowd who are sometimes noisy and inconsiderate. I am also unhappy that they are withholding a month's worth of rent as security because their credit agency says I have no credit when in fact I have excellent credit. The landlord has not resolved this issue and that's the reason I'm giving two stars, despite my

I've lived at Park Georgetown for over 5 months now and so far it has been a great experience. The staff, specifically JR, are always helpful and the one time that I had to call maintenance was easy and the issue was handled quickly.
The apartments are on the older side, and you won't find many of the fancy amenities as you would in newer/renovated apartments, but the price reflects that. There is plenty of (free!) parking and guest parking is easy as well.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very pet friendly. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro station, and a short walk to both Georgetown

My partner and I lived at Park Georgetown Apartments for approximately 3 years. I can honestly say I have no regrets about choosing this apartment complex for such an extended period of time. Having some green space is invaluable in this area, everyone who worked for Park Georgetown, especially Stephanie and JR, were always happy to work with us on any issues we had, and provided a "family" feel to the complex. The apartment was great, our neighbors were always respectful, and all the utilities reliable.

I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my experiences in order to assist others when choosing an apartment. I have noticed some very deceptive, disgusting, and shameful practices from this leasing agency with the most recent causing me to write this review. I recently had some family visiting (arriving Friday and leaving really early Saturday morning) and obtained a parking pass for them to utilize the parking lot. I lived in Park Georgetown for over 2 years- the staff starts out as friendly but you become more of a nuisance to them as time goes by. First of all, the value for the apartments is overpriced- $2.4k a month for a unit with no Washer/Dryer. The interior designs are antiquated and the floor is worn out. The apartment I lived in had constant bug infestations seemingly every 2-3 months. Overall, Park Georgetown is convenient and the location is great for the price but the apartment leaves much to be desired. The buildings are old, noisy and the walls are paper thin. I have lived here for 7 months now and have not regretted my decision for one moment. My unit is clean, lots of light, and I have one of the rooftop terraces which is amazing. The staff here are superb, and have always treated me with the utmost courtesy. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out of temp housing by working with the previous tenant to allow me move in early. This is an older building as other reviewers on other sites have noted. But they are very well maintained and the staff quickly responds to any issues. And you just can’t beat this location.

Park Georgetown is one of the best places I've lived in the DC metro area. The staff treat you more like family than tenants. They are always happy to see you and assist in any way possible. JR, Chris and Stephanie have always gone above and beyond to help us when ever we have questions. You won't find a more attentive property managers in all of the DC metro area. My wife and I consider them all true friends instead of our landlords which has made our stay that much better! Their maintenance team is also first rate and extremely attentive.
