I've lived here with my husband and roommate for the last 3 years and this is by far the best apartment we have ever had.
The staff is extremely friendly and professional! They are always on top of communicating when something is happening, planning events, and coordinating maintenence/snow event plans.
Also, the apartments themselves are up to date on appliances and it's quiet.

I cannot say enough nice things about not only the facilities at The Point but also the staff. My wife and I are moving in next weekend and we are blown away by the excellent service and attention we have received by Corey, June, Tori and the rest of the staff.
When it turned out we needed to move into The Point a few days earlier than we thought or had originally discussed with Corey everyone did everything to make this work for us. The process has been seamless and we are so appreciative of everyone from Corey and June adjusting our contract to Tori agreeing to make sure our unit is cleaned

Recently moved in and the experience could not have been better. The apartment was so clean and the management team was very welcoming. The property is well maintained and the maintenance team is very responsive. Two small problems were taken care of by the next day. Thank you Corey, June and Tori for being so attentive and helpful. It’s obvious that you take pride in your work!

Point At Hudson recently invited a food truck from Cousin’s Maine Lobster to on-site and the office offered all residents voucher to buy lobsters. The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed our lobster meal. It was very very generous of the office to do that to every residents and because we enjoyed our food so much, I hope they will call Cousin’s Maine Lobster truck back again sometime over the summer! Bring on the lobsters we need them!! We love Point At Hudson!!

I was apartment hunting and this place popped up in my Google search. I was thinking another place where people rent these cookie cutter apartments. So I decided to go and see what it was like. I was greeted by Corey, no appointment. He was kind friendly and very personable. He took me for a tour and the apartment was beautiful. All the newer amenities and he answered all of my questions.
I highly recommend the Point. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful in every aspect of my experience.
