The legacy of Terry Reilly began and grew in response to a need found in a small group of children and their families in the Seasonal Farmworker population of Nampa, Idaho. Many of these farmworkers lived in sub-standard conditions and had limited access to healthcare and other social services. Terry Reilly was sent to Nampa by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Boise to help provide services to the farmworker community.

Collaborating with area schools, Terry Reilly integrates counseling services and intensive care management for Idaho's most at-risk children in the school setting. We partnered with Boise, West Ada, Melba, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell School Districts to embed counselors in schools where the children have the highest risk of childhood stress.

They need a better phone and appointment services been on the phone for over 3 hr no answer to my call called every location no one answered, I called from 7:30 in the morning till noon. Once my call was answered finally after 5 hours of waiting they told me to call them at early morning and they only schedule appointments as early as 24h ahead and they won’t schedule any appointment for later and then I called again the next couple morning no once answered my call I’m in a very deep pain due broken tooth. This place is a disaster no one cares here

I have been coming here for a few years. My prior auths are never sent in less than a week, I can NEVER get ahold of my provider or her assistant, and I have had to go without prescriptions time after time. My calls have not been returned for over 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting on a prior auth from 2 weeks ago that the doctor never sent in.

The girls at the desk, and nurses are very nice, but Dr. Scott was VERY condescending. He gave me an overly strong prescription that didn't really seem necessary (it felt like he assumed I was homeless or something and looked down on me) and when I came back with an obvious allergic reaction to that medication, I was told that even though I was prescribed a 10 day antibiotic I was apparently not expected to take it for more than 7, which was never relayed to me until now. Went to get checked out after having been sick for almost a week for them to charge me $90 take my temp/blood pressure and tell me I'm "viral". He told me if I'm still sick in two weeks to come back and "maybe" they can do something. Walked away from my car and came back "I brought my stethoscope out here and didn't even listen to your lungs whoops". I have always been treated with compassion and empathy with all my visits I have had. I have felt more comfortable with the care I have received from Terry Riley than most doctors I have seen. One of the doctors convinced me to get a scan done that may have saved my life. Since finding out I had lung cancer. My Med Doctor treated me like a person. Not just a number. The changes he helped me with better equipped me for what lies ahead for me. And I can think more clearly. I am very grateful for the care I have received. Thank you.

This is not complaining or whining to have something to complain about. This is not an isolated incidence. This review comes from bad experience after bad experience. The sheer incompetence of this "clinic" knows no bounds. From the people who answer the phone, to the back office staff, to the providers, you're almost better off going without care than to rely on them. This post isn't long enough to list all the problems I've experienced in the last 2 years. from prescriptions not being completed on time or even correctly, follow up that takes 2 weeks, lost appointments, not following through on

Not sure whats up with the other reviews here. I love Terry Reilly! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Especially with filling out the paperwork . The physicians there are very kind, gentle and even say "sorry" or "tell me when to stop" cause they know what they're poking or working on hurts. I love that they have payment plans and are willing to work with you if your low income and such. They will bill you the leftover usually. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED.... compared to disgusting Primary Health where they REQUIRE a $100 deposit. Primary Health sucks. Terry Reilly rocks! Highly recommend anyone
