Heather was first introduced to acupuncture when she was the office manager of a pain clinic in Boise. She knew that she wanted to be a healthcare provider and provide relief to those in need, but she wanted a set of tools that was greatly different than what an MD can offer.
She found her way to Portland, Oregon to study acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and later studied in an international acupuncture training program in Nanjing, China; and that was the beginning of something great.Heather has learned over the years to "walk the talk" by making a great number of small changes in diet and lifestyle to benefit her own health and make the most of her vitality.

We strive to revitalize the body's healthy and normal function with acupuncture and herbs so that your body can protect itself from disease and minimize pain. Chinese herbal medicine comes in many different forms such as teas, powders, pills, tinctures, or syrups. Herbal formulas are an excellent way to relieve symptoms, improve your health, and strengthen the overall effect of your acupuncture treatments. There are hundreds of commonly used herbs and herbal formulas; mostly made up of plants, but minerals and some animal parts are used as well.

I have never had someone listen to me like these ladies have. I have experienced almost 10 yrs of chronic pain and misdiagnosis from my primary care doctor. Sonya heard what I had to say and really listened to me about what I was experiencing. I was so emotional from the amazing care she has for her patients and she will go to bat for us VETS means the world to me. The environment is so relaxing with quality service. I'm still waiting for the pain to go away in my neck when another chiropractor adjusted my lower back but my neck started to hurt after he worked on my lower back.
I tried another acupuncturist in Caldwell but I wasn't happy with them. I'm a veteran and getting a referral from the VA medical hospital in Boise to go here. Vitality is a class company and give it a try so it might surprise you in healing your pain.

Sarah is such a warm hearted person. She makes you feel comfortable and really knows her practice. I remember reading about red flags to look out for when going to an acupuncturist and not one of them came up during my time with her. I have recommended her to numerous friends and family because I believe so strongly in her knowledge and professionalism. If you are looking to try acupuncture, you want to see her first. She even does consultations beforehand to make sure she can help. If you are looking to try acupuncture you shouldn't look anywhere else!

Wow. I can't believe I waited so long before trying acupuncture! Yesterday was my first time ever. Heather and Brenda were super welcoming and kind. Heather focused on the right side of my low back because I told her I've had chronic pain for a few years now. I could barely feel the needles going in, it took me a little bit to relax because I was so nervous but I finally did. When I was done they sent me on my way. I thought, "Alright, not as scary as I thought it would be."
Flash forward to this morning. I wake up, do my usual morning grumbles, then roll out of bed and noticed a difference. NO
