I just finished using Royal Home Inspections twice, as they saved me from some major structural issues on the first property. They are very thorough, professional, and friendly. Not all inspectors have the tools such as thermal scanners to allow you to make the most informed decisions on whether to pull the trigger as they do. I plan to continue using them in the future in my business.

Very glad to have chosen Royal Home Inspections. They were very fun and easy to talk with. They answered all of our questions and took time to make sure we had a good understanding of what they were showing us. Also, the Inspection Report they provide you is online and presented in a way that home owners with little experience or knowledge can understand.
