Home or real estate buying and selling can be nerve racking. Let me relieve some of that by inspecting the systems in the home you're buying and selling. A Closer Look, LLC provides a professional, thorough, friendly inspection experience that is reasonably priced. It takes two and a half to three hours for a thorough visual inspection including on-site report creation, printing, emailing and reviewing the report with you in person.

For the inspection day(s) and time(s) you may enter a specific day or time, a range of days and times or a "must be done by" date. I will do my best to accomodate your request. Inspections typically take 1.5-2 hours.

Andrew was a great choice to inspect our first home. He was easy to work with and accommodated to our busy schedule. As first time home buyers, he was willing and able to thoroughly explain the inspection of our home, even specific details. He was very helpful and personable. I also loved that he gave references for various aspects of our home in case we need them in the future. He was reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.

We used their services when buying our first home back in 2010. We were very impressed. The inspector was very thorough and explained everything he did and looked at. Very nice and down to earth and explained everything in a way that two newbies at house buying could follow along. They also gave us a schedule of small, minor maintenance things we could do every month to help keep the house up. Really liked them and would recommend.

This is the second time we have used Andrew. Both times we were very pleased with the assessment he gave us about our new home. He broke his report down in terms that we could understand as homeowners and not contractors. I like that he takes the time to meet with us at the property and go through the report and look at any issues that we have questions about. He even gives you a breakdown of preventative maintenance that can be done throughout the year to keep your home in tip-top shape. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is asking for a quality home inspection to be done!

We had a great experience working with Andrew! He has straightforward about what needs to be addressed quickly, what can wait, and what we should keep our eye on. My favorite part of the experience is the personalized booklet all about our home, with pictures and details about every part of our new house. It also gives tips about upkeep throughout the year. Andrew (A Closer Look, LLC) inspected our home as part of a new home purchase. His inspection was thorough, and once completed with the inspection, immediately provided a hard and electronic copy of the inspection. His report outlined aspects that only an inspector with proper training and experience would bring attention to.
