The systems in a commercial building are different. The electrical service may be three-phase vs. single phase. There may be an all in one air handler on the roof rather than a split HVAC system.

I’ve called upon Mike 2 times for home inspections in past 6 years. He’s very thorough, has a good eye for details & takes pride in what he does. I myself have a pretty good eye for things, but Mike saw stuff that I had totally missed which you can’t put a price on attention to details of a major purchase such as a home. Those lil details or the bigger details whichever , can lead to serious out of pocket expenses when uncle Murphy decides to bight you in the rear end! Great job Mike, very greatly appreciated!!!

I was nervous about getting an inspector as this was the first time I experienced needing one. I wanted to make sure I got the right one. I looked on-line to find one and the reviews I read on Mike were great, I now know why.
I scheduled an appointment with Mike to be done in Waverly. He was very prompt and courteous in contacting me and arranging the appointment. I can not say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond to help me with this inspection and never once did I feel as though I was wasting his time. He listened and answered questions as they were asked

Mikes inspection was very thorough. He spent nearly 2 hours checking the house inside and out; he checked all the major systems and appliances inside; he looked for drainage issues with the landscaping and tested the garage doors outside. All the while he explained what he was doing and what he was finding.
Mikes knowledge of homes was impressive and his customer service is equally impressive. He was easy to get ahold of on the phone, he arrived on time and at the end of the inspection he reviewed all of the pictures and the issues that he had found. His complete report was ready that same afternoon

Mike did an awesome job! He went above and beyond to help me. He is very affordable and very thorough. Mike was able to do a mold inspection on a house i am in the proccess of buying just hours after i called him and he went a step further and inspected a few other things while he was there at no extra cost. I would recomend him to anybody!

Mike was knowledgeable about every aspect of the home: plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling. From climbing onto the roof and into the attic,to crouching down to look under sinks and in drains, he gave each place equal attention. He mentioned which things were critical and which were ones to watch out for in the future. I didn’t have to point out anything to him; he noticed it all. As I wasn’t sure who to contact to do the repair work, Mike also offered the names of reliable people he has worked with for years, but wasn’t pushy. Searching for our first home we were very concerned about purchasing a home requiring repairs we were not aware of. However Mike not only did a thorough and meticulous inspection but also provided guidance on every issue. The information and explanation Mike provided made us feel we were making the most informed decision.
