My pc was experiencing hard freezes so I called them to check my pc and they said that it would be a free diagnosis. So I drove up there and let them check my pc. I got a call a day later and the guy on the phone said that it was an hdd issue. I called back the same day and the next day and there was no answer. Finally the day after that I got an answer and then was informed that it would be $35 for the diagnosis. Then I asked how much it would cost to transfer the hdd files to my new ssd and they said they would charge $120 dollars... So i just ended up picking up my pc and replacing the ssd myself

For Christmas my mother purchased my brother a PC. We were having trouble with the WiFi connection for it so we brought it here. It was fixed and completely working within 10 minutes! And it did not cost anything but 20 dollars (mind you another store tried to charge us 60 just to do a diagnostic without fixing it). It was fast, easy, and efficient. Definitely give them a try.
