Have all of your Software install disks including: Operating System Install disks including installation key, Software for peripheral devices like printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, PDA's etc. If you have all the software install disks, make sure they are on hand for the technician. They did the work on my laptop I asked them to do, they just gave very unrealistic expectations. I asked upfront if I could set up an appointment time to drop my laptop off so I would be missing it for a short a time as possible. I didn't want my laptop just sitting there in line to be worked on for days. I was told to just drop it off. I checked in on it every 2 days by calling In asking if they had gotten to it yet, just to be told to give them another day. They finally got to it a week later and told me I could pick it up at a specific time before work. I arrived and no one was there. I finally

We had to go here when we were in a jam due to a computer not booting up. They were very patient and able to figure out how to get everything working again. He advised that we would probably need to buy a new computer soon, but we now have enough time to back up our pictures and personal files to make sure everything is safe. Great place!

Jeff was referred to me by a friend who also loves his services. So, I took my friend's advice and called Jeff. He not only helped me select my computer and printer but came to the store with me to buy it! He set it all up, transferred my files, and got me up and running. We recently had an emergency computer situation where my desktop crashed on a Saturday afternoon. My son was using the computer to literally put the finishing touches on his Master's thesis with the computer of which most of the data was on the computer. I called Jeff and he stopped all that he was doing and said bring it down and he would look at it. Jeff worked until nearly 8:00 pm (well past closing time) to get us back up and running. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his help and working late due to our emergency. I highly recommend Jeff. He is fair and very willing to help!
