I have used 360 for years for my company..sadly this week, I called them to tell them my mother, who is 85 yrs old...had an issue with her personal laptop computer..her mouse pad wasn't working,... and could they help resolve the issue for her, ...which should have been taken care of over the phone...they instead set up an appointment for a tech to meet her at my office instead of her home because she doesn't live in the area.
It was a quick simple enabling issue..took less than 5 seconds after he was here. I left the office at that time thinking the tech would go on his way. He did not...he stayed

WE really appreciated having their technician put our computer systems in good order. There were some conflicting issues and old issues, he got them all straightened out. We really appreciate the talent they have on staff. They know what they are doing

My old MacBook fan was so loud and my screen was lagging and it would work on and off, sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn’t. I brought it in and they were able to fix the issue so fast and was able to sit down and tell me the issues and what exactly what was wrong. I recommend! And it’s nice that they can come to my house or I can come to them.

My laptop was running slow so I brought it in to there onsite depot and the tech was able to remove 150 viruses off that I didnt even know I had. I would definitely recommend! 5 stars

Took my Mac in after I spilled liquid on the touchpad and keyboard. Touchpad would not work. keyboard was messed and screen was bouncing.
2 days later I got it back and everything was working fine. Fortunately all it need was cleaning. The price was very reasonable also. Great job 360 it!!!

This place has gone way downhill since it was under a different name. During a recent service call, the tech was condescending and insolent. He also threw up his hands pretty quickly and declared that the hard drive just needed to be "wiped clean" at their shop. Another service came out, quickly removed the hard drive and said it was "toast". They installed a new hard drive on the spot and were able to use Mozy to put on the new drive. The 360 IT employee simply did not want to spend much time working on the issue.
