As a small business ourselves, we understand the needs of small businesses and the impact an IT outage can have on a business. When your systems are down, not only do you have the expense of paying someone to fix it, but you're losing money in lost sales, lost productivity from your employees, and potentially lost future sales from inconvenienced customers.
Remote computer support, or "online support", allows a PC Guy to view and control your computer securely right through the internet. It's like watching your computer fix itself! Just log into our support website. Once connected, you can sit back and watch your PC Guy go to work or walk away and do something else.

I sent out a quote to ~10 IT companies for some work relative to what I was expecting to be maleware related issues and compounded printing capability issues
~10 responses/estimates came in, many not having the skill set to perform the task at hand. Many came in at ridiculous hourly rates, flat rates and 2 with both fees.
Richard was my POC. He had a very good rate, handled the job with Exemplary and thorough service and completed it quickly; he got my company back operating without delay.
Most IT companies look to get in your pockets and go deep whereas Richard pursues his business objectives

I would highly recommend Hey PC Guy for your computer repair needs. Richard is extremely helpful, and he is SO patient. I feel like he truly cares about what he does, and he actively listens to my longggg explanations of the issues I am experiencing. He doesn't make me feel rushed like I felt when I went with a bigger chain company in the past. The personal touch this company gives is so refreshing! I don't feel dumb when I have to call for a small issue. They also offer a subscription where they monitor my computer for problems and then even fix it before I've realized something
