Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $350 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $25/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.
As a leasing consultant for Lakeshore Pointe Apartments, it is my job to answer your questions and help guide you through the leasing experience. Lakeshore apartment homes are the perfect place for beginners. As my first apartment home, I would have to say this is the best around. The management is always helpful and cheerful, problems are usually solved within a little bit of time, the mail is always on time. And the premises stay clean from litter and garbage everywhere. The neighbors are quiet, there's no late-night loitering so I feel safe.

I have only been here for six days. So far I am pleased with Lakeshore Pointe. This is actually my first apartment. I have always lived in a home. The office staff are very good, they really seem to care about the tenants. They have been so helpful since my first visit here. The maintenance staff are great too. I just need to get used to the noise of other doors closing and I am sure I will enjoy my new life.

I really like this community. If I would have known about these apartments, I would have been here since I have lived on my own years ago. I really enjoy my short walks to anchor bay. The staff in the office are so professional about attention to the residents in this community. I'm in a one bedroom, which I was originally concerned about but the apartment is very spacious with plenty of room for me.

Watch out for their shady "$100 refundable deposit" that they will ask for when you apply. I had applied and paid that money, but wasn't able to see a unit until the following week for scheduling reasons. I decided to walk away without signing a lease (explained below), and when I asked about when I would see the deposit returned to my bank account, they informed me that it is refundable ONLY to signed lease-holders on move-in-day... meaning it's really just a down payment (they collect another $150 "admin" fee on move in day...). We sold our house in one day and was amazed to find out Lakeshore Pointe had 0 deposit down options in order for us to live before our new house was ready. It was a short two month stay however, it was quiet and clean. I literally saw grounds people several times a day! I highly recommend Lakeshore Pointe for your family and pets!

Absolutely horrible staff in the leasing office. After a clerical error on their part, I was approved and then not approved weeks later. And I mean weeks, because that's how long it took them to do anything about their mistakes. The so called manager is unprofessional, incompetent, and lacks any decency whatsoever. I would give less stars if I could. The lack of communication is absolutely appalling. I'm not sure how they have any residents at all.

The office staff is so friendly! The maintenance staff is quick and helpful! One time, I had an emergency bathtub issue, and the maintenance guy was so helpful! I was freaking out, and he told me it was ok, and he worked diligently to get the problem fixed and made me laugh in the meantime. People are allowed to have pets, and I would NEVER know they do! It's so quiet and everyone picks up after their animals. I love my apartment and this community!
