Lived here for almost two years. Actually loved the apartment and the complex itself but have to give two stars because of the management. Stacey was awesome! She was the only one who ever seemed to care or be empathetic regarding issues and concerns. Maintenance was great as well, very prompt and respectful. Other staff in leasing office were rude, dismissive and arrogant. Actually lost out on $300 from my deposit upon moving out because they claimed damage of carpet. They must not have know I had recorded and photographed the entire apartment before turning my keys in so I was able to prove no

If I could rate this place with less than 1 star I would. Been here for just but a month now and the issues have been rampant. The most delightful thus far is finding out that no unit has its own water meter and each building is metered and divided by the number of units - see attached picture from 3rd party utility billing company. There is no reason 2 people in a 2 bed apt should have ~$100 water bill. Other issues experienced unresponsive office staff, consistent broken glass on pavement spaces that is dangerous to our dog, excessive spiders in unit upon move in and the inability to accept monthly

Please do NOT live here! I can’t even count how many problems I’ve had here on both my hands! They don’t care about you or even the fact that you pay extremely high rent! My roommates car was towed (for no reason) my car was set on fire, and your safely goes out the window the second you step out the door and if you have any issues they will not call you back or even help figure it out!

I moved to Michigan from a different State and couldn’t have gotten luckier than finding this place. It’s always clean, well maintained, plenty of amenities, friendly neighbors, and lots to do in the area. Not to forget this woman Marija that works in the leasing center either for making this a very easy transition for me to make. She is always so helpful, friendly, and outgoing. 5/5 stars would recommend this complex to friends.

At one point I love living here the complex overall is clean, beautiful and I love the amenities and prime location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. But unfortunately the neighbors I have are absolutely HORRIBLE to the point that I don’t feel at peace in my home that I pay over $1300 a month to live in. I have made the complex aware of the neighbors unwillingness to follow the rules and though they were prompt in addressing the situation which I much appreciated, sadly it didn’t fix the problem only made it worse. These people are just simply rude and inconsiderate of others around them

Recently moved out, after living here for four years. I must say it is a beautiful complex, living on the water side was an extra bonus. The amenities were great, and the location could not be better. The office staff was always warm, friendly and accommodating. Stacy and Kristina were amazing, greeting me by name everytime I came into the office. Maintenance was always professional and responded in a timely manor. Finally Sarah made the transition of moving out a smooth experience. I highly recommend Lakeside Terraces. Thank you all, for the wonderful experience.

I love it here! Stacy in the office is fantastic and has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and expectations, and make my experience wonderful! The office has community events! Tonight we got a free pizza and goodie bag from Xfinity. We have wine nights and other events as well. Maintenance responds quickly and the management team responds quickly to help resolve issues! I love it here, great view, every store and two malls within 2 miles!
