Everything with this place was a mess. First the Apartment would acknowledge my girlfriend as my girlfriend. They once even called her my daughter in an email, and they kept Misspelling her name.
Move in was a mess. Did a walk through few days prior to signing the lease, listed multiple things that would need to be fixed prior to move in. Was told that would be no problem. fast forward to move in day. We get the keys do a walk through and absolutley NOTHING was fixed. Closet handle door was still hanging off, which is such an easy fix, it was a slap in the face that they couldnt even do that prior

If you decide to live here and eventually relocate BEWARE paragon properties will take money from your security deposit for things that were planned to be replaced/updated regardless of your occupancy. I coordinated with maintenance for replacement of carpet, the last week of my lease, since it had been 3+ years since it was updated and was told that I didn’t have to worry about getting something cleaned that was going to be thrown out. Do you think they took half of my security deposit for it? THEY SURE DID. Document everything and store it until you have all of your money back. Do not coordinate

They nickel and dime you for everything
Place constantly smells of weed and noises above but management claims they can’t do anything about it. Security never comes when called
Picks and chooses which residents they like and don’t. Because people do landscaping at their apt anything else they do is golden. Those few golden residents cause other issues and ZERO is done about it.
Over priced for what you get.
Crabby front office personnel
Clientele here is also questionable
Also tried to blame my dog for damage NOT done by him.

We love it here! We’ve been here for 6 months and have 0 complaints. The office is very helpful and accommodating and maintenance is friendly and professional! The property managers are awesome. The property is beautiful and is located in the perfect place, by Metro Beach. I would highly recommend Prentiss Pointe to anyone!

I lived here for a year and enjoyed it. Clean apartments, quick and easy to use maintenance requests, and super friendly office staff. They were always there on top of my deliveries and made it very easy. Hardly ever heard my neighbors(who were all incredibly kind), some footsteps at times but the apartments are quiet. Updated parking lots and car ports are nice too. Only complaint was that I could seldom smell smoke in the hallways since the buildings are smoking ready, but when you’re in your apartment you can’t smell anything:)

The community is clean and has a large pool. I love the cathedral ceiling and my balcony has a great view. I can ride my bike into the metro park. All the staff is friendly and they have events pretty regularly. They just did a fall painting party and have some Christmas shopping thing coming up. It’s the best apartment I’ve lived in.

We are currently living here due to a house fire. These apartments are beautiful! The property is very pretty and well maintained. The units are spacious and very quiet. We love that our dogs can live here with us. The location is great also - very close to a metro park and close to I-94. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Bridget is always willing to help with anything we need. The property manager, Heather, is very kind and helpful also. We highly recommend these apartments.
