How fortunate we were when Dr. Ingman examined my husband at Society for the Blind where the doctor volunteers once a month! Due to his low vision other optometrists I've taken him to haven't wanted to bother. Dr. Ingman was so patient, accurate and precise. He really made a connection with my husband who suffered a stroke and has difficulty with speech. Even though we live quite a distance we are more than willing to drive to his Auburn office for prescription glasses. Dr. Ingman is a wonderful man and the best optometrist we've ever met!.

Dr.Ingman maybe a good doctor,but he allows his office staff to be totally unprofessional. Francine who fits glasses for his patients, is the rudest and most unprofessional person, which has driven me to look for another doctor. Francine has even stooped so low that she had lied right in front of the doctor about the status of my order and the doctor did nothing about it. I've found another doctor who is very caring and has professional staff working for her. Do not go to this doctor. You will not get the care you pay for or the service you deserve.
