I'm super unhappy. I was a client for over 7 years. I purchased at least 4 sets of expensive glasses from them over the years. In December my insurance changed and I had to go to a new doctor.
At the end of my appointment he handed me a sticky note that had a plus 2 on it.
I asked what it was for and he said just go to CVS and get +2 readers.
I was stunned! I said I thought I needed glasses and he said why would you want to waste money when readers will be perfect.

I feel like I was lied to snd robbed.

Warm & attentive staff. Convenient and clean facility. Doctor was explanatory and thorough. And my eyes didn’t need to be dilated because of their newer technology/equipment. I’m a happy camper and I’d recommend this optometrist to anyone new to the area, looking to support local business, or needing eye glasses or contact lenses.

Visiting from out of town, experienced an eye abrasion and needed to get checked ASAP. They got me in quickly and checked the eye out, giving me relief of mind. Friendly staff, Dr. Khorram was great.

Everyone in the office was so friendly and professional. Their showroom is beautiful and has a huge selection of frames! The optometrist was excellent and very thorough. I was so impressed on every level!!

This seems to be a very professional office. All their eye testing equipment looks very state of the art. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The eye doctor was very nice and seems very good at his job. My visit was pretty recent so my glasses are not ready yet, so I may update this review when I get them. Please note that eyeglasses can get pretty expensive, so if you have a strict budget do let them know that up front so they can show you those options. So far, great office.

My husband and I finally changed optomtrists after living here for three years and we loved Dr. Kambiz Khorran. He was friendly and thorough. The office was very professional and took the time to help me pick out glasses. We are very happy and will continue to use them for our eye care needs.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Kambiz is absolutely amazing and clearly very knowledgeable. My daughter’s exam was thorough, and not rushed at all. It was obvious that he is passionate about his profession and puts his patients first. He was very patient with my 2 years old daughter and he explained everything about her condition and he answered all my questions patiently.

Staff are always so friendly and professional. I have seen Dr. Khorram now for about 5 or so years. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain everything to me. I never feel like he is rushing through the eye exam, even though I am usually out of there in an hour or less!
I love that the office has a variety of frames to select from. It’s fun to shop for a new pair!

I had my yearly eye examination on Friday, March 12, 2021. It was good to again see Dr. Khorram and Mimi, the oculist. The examination, as usual, was thorough. The staff were friendly in their greetings - as they always are. I occasionally "drop by" to say a brief hello after I have completed business in another establishment in the business complex. This is an excellent place to obtain vision services and to interact with some very nice staff members.

It has been a year since the last time we visited. My 3 year old daughter was stumbling around the house bumping into things and we knew we needed to get her checked out. Very apprehensive of an eye exam for little ones...but it went well. My husband took her in for the initial eye exam and I brought her back in the next day to pick out glasses. My husband said the exam process for her went well and the Dr again was very patient and helpful working with a little rambunctious 3year old. I recently moved from the Bay area and was looking for a local optometrist. I found them via VSP as an accepted provider for my Insurance plan. My experience with Dr. Khorram was great, he was personable and professional.

Unfortunately the front desk receptionist MiMi ruined the experience. I had originally called in to make an appointment and she was pretty rude. I didn't think much of it thinking maybe she had an off day but when I went in she was standoffish, rude and was giving me attitude both when I entered and left. I loved Dr.Khorram and his staff. I recently had a baby and my vision changed a lot. I called for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in the following week since my vision was so bad. Everyone was very kind and professional and I left the appointment with contacts to try out. 10/10 recommend.

I had to go here because of my insurance which I wasn't mad about until..... I received my glasses, the next day one lens just flew out of the frame! I had to go drop off my glasses and have them fix it. I moved out of state a week after this and it's happened 5 more times since. I'm so annoyed, obviously the lens was too thick for the frame, they should have known it was a problem when I picked my frame. Dr Khorram does excellent job of exam. His staff did poor job of verifying my benefits. I have a special plan it's not the greatest but I've always verified it's accepted. On day of appt took two people to review benefits which I could tell was pulled the day prior and they were confused on what covered amount I had. When I called back to confirm my eye contacts would work for me instead of usual glasses they verified twice at appt that day $220 then three times on phone $220. Then late in day I got a call saying $110. When I asked they said they were confused and not nice about

I absolutely love the great customer service I receive each time from Mimi! She's so helpful on choosing frames that fit my face perfectly. They have a huge selection & affordable glasses for all ages.

My eyes are not too bad, but I'm nearsighted enough that to bring the stars, freeway signs and deer on the side of the road into focus, I need a good prescription.
Dr. Khorram takes the time to get it right, I have had issues with other eye doctors in that they just don't dial the lens in right.
I was able to bring in my own frames and they worked with my VSP insurance to get me the best value. I was given more options to choose from than other places ever had, and selected a better tint for my lens that was better suited for my activities. A few months later I can say that the quality

I really like the staff and the service was also good. I just had a bit of sticker shock on the price tag. Due to these lovely times of Obama care I lost my eye insurance since my $1000 a month premium is Not enough to afford me eye insurance apparently. So the reality is this is the world if you are self employed and paying your own way. But I digress. You should probably ignore the Yelp coupons since they basically that price anyways and the free glasses are kind of chintzy so you'll want to buy others.

I agreed with Amy A. regarding the wait time. I was there with a friend and had to wait the longest time to be served because there was only one person behind the counter besides the doc to assist so many others fill their prescriptions, discuss insurance, pick out frames, pick up their glasses, etc. It was CRAZY!!! And I definitely didn't receive great service at all. The gal behind the counter was pretty grumpy looking or she acted unfriendly towards me only, but her expression changed when she served some other customers. I scheduled an appointment for my 8 year old at 4:00 pm (she was a new patient there). When my husband took her they waited over an hour and finally had to leave without being seen to get her to softball practice. When they showed up they were not told to expect that kind of wait nor offered to reschedule. When they finally left I never got a call to check in or reschedule - nothing. When I called later to ask if that was typical or just one of those days (because hey... things do happen) the receptionist said they never know when it's going to be one of those days. Great experience. The people are kind and knowledgeable and the doctor is professional and was Great with our 7 year old.
The whole family found frames they liked and the prices were as expected and the frame selection was varied. As in they had many different kinds.

I agree with all the glowing reviews here except Rana's, because I would give doc a 9/10 and Mimi an 11/10 for a perfect 20/20! Let's face it, the front office is who you actually interface with the most, and Mimi is amazing. I told her I spend a lot of time on the water, so she set me up with a pair of shades that are polarized and even have lenses that keep them afloat in the water. Mimi knew my vision plan in and out and got me setup without a problem. Only took a few days to get them in so I am very happy. Excuse me while I go jump in the water to see if they really float :)

My favorite optometrist!! The Dr. Khorram is very kind and patient, and the optician Mimi is so nice and helpful.
They have an amazing selection of glasses.
Although I don't wear a prescription, they showed me how to use colored contacts and were patient as I struggled to put them on for the first time.

I highly recommend this office!
