Stay far away. This vendor is shady. I paid for a bridal consultation which they claimed they had to reschedule the day of the appointment. I called and left messages and no one responded. They said they tried to call me but instead sent me a text cancelling the day of. I was promised a credit/refund, which I still have not received.
I would never hire this vendor as they are non responsive and will take your money and run.

I was hired to do hair and makeup for brides. The first one went well and I was paid. After the second job she ducked me and said she'd send a check. She did. It bounced. I tried several times and every time there were no funds. I sued her. Janelle was a no show. I won the suit. She has never made good. She hired hair stylists and makeup artists from Craigslist ads. There's a 50-50 chance she'll pay you for your work. She has a sob story she uses to make artists feel guilty about getting paid for contracted work. There's a word for businesses like hers.

I need every single person who considering this vendor to turn away and run. She (she being Jhenelle Hill and her hair partner James) signed a contract for me for my wedding and bridal shower. Took my deposit. Left me without services literally 2 hours before my bridal shower and disappeared with my money. It took me almost 8 months and several court cases to get part of my money back. She is a thief, a scam, and likely has some serious issues going on personally that she scams women during the most important events of their lives for a couple hundred dollars.
